Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in El Dorado

There is truly no benefit to using the app, unless you are doing it strictly to earn points. It is more of a hassle to use the app (which has vague instructions regarding pickup). I pulled up today and the staff member in my opinion was not polite. Also, items on the app are not available.

Update: yesterday, I used the app and 15 mins after the anticipated order pickup time, it was not ready when I arrived. This has happened several times. They will not begin the mobile pickup order until you arrive which defeats the whole purpose. They will state, “we’ll get that ready for you”, when it’s technically supposed to already be prepared based on the pickup time.

Today, again even after going through many frustrations with this establishment, I continue to come back. Today, I attempt to place an order online and it reads, “restaurant is not accepting orders”. I then call and ask if they could accept the order via phone (due to the app not accepting orders), since I’m practically right across the street and she says no. I’ll be using my reward and not returning. There are 2 additional coffee establishments soon opening in this town. You would think they would do better so they don’t...

I'm rewriting my review to be more accurate to how this place truly is. The drinks are phenomenal, my personal favorite is the Limelight energy infusion, very tasty and full of energy. The outside of the building is quite average, but what is most noteworthy about this place are the absurdly random wait times. Sometimes you'd get your drink quite fast, only taking up a few minutes or so, but if you're as unfortunate as me (and my mother), you'll be stuck in line or at the window for an upwards of fifteen minutes and sometimes half an hour. This review is only for the el dorado location. This morning I was sent out to get coffee and she told me about a local place but their expressso machine was broken so ziggy was the only other place besides McDonald’s. I should have cancelled my order when the two workers were complaining about customers but we needed coffee. I got a salted caramel and took 1 sip. Awful! It literally tastes like those k kup cappuccinos that taste horribly watered down. Their menu is way too busy and they need to focus quality. It’s not the first time I burnt a $5 bill. But now I still need coffee for my 8 hour drive and Ill just have to stop at the next town...
