AVOID AT ALL COST DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I never said you'd keep my money nor would you have. I didn't want those gross pork tamales and that's why my order was fixed. I did notice the order your staff said was "missing" came from the BACK and was LABELED, wrapped, and turned out to be mine? You tried to keep the last 12 of my tamales and wanted me to cancel or choose something else when my family placed that order over a week ago. So I don't understand your reply at all other than you're a rude owner, I should've kept my money these tamales are not worth $61 nor is your business. 12/22/2023 9:35pm

12/22/2023 12:37pm be careful if you're not bilingual here they lie. I don't know why the treatment changed when I got to pay. I had a big order placed a week ago and after I paid for it all then I'm told "half the order is unavailable". This wasn't just for me so I had to call some family but all the sudden the rest of my order, perfectly wrapped and labeled appears from the kitchen but not without a weird attitude like I should've just took what you wanted to give me. Only speak Spanish at first and while I'm not fluent they just repeating themselves "we don't have the rest, sorry" like it's a week older order what do you mean? And after paying over $60 now you tell me okay. I got all my order CORRECTED but now the owner is replying to my comments same day and I'm stunned. Run...

Such a nice little find! When you walk in, on the right are treys and tongs for you to grab what you like! The atmosphere was very laid back and the service was good.

The only low of this place were red meat tamales, dry and not as much flavor as I would like.

Everything else we had was excellent.

The masa was great. It wasn’t dry and even the next day still had good texture. The green chile was flavorful and really good.

The doughnuts were great. The little piggies were fantastic. The concha’s were also delicious. The mangonada was tart with a little bit of heat.

The bollilos rellenos (cheese and chorizo) were well balanced and so very good. They have a red salsa and it’s one of the best I have had. It’s well balanced and is pretty spicy on the back end. It doesn’t hit you right away.

The Flan was absolutely wonderful!

The pecan cinnamon roll was one of the best cinnamon rolls I have had.

We will definitely be back...

I am in visiting family from Winston Salem NC and craving pan Dulce. Did some google searching and came upon this store. I read all the "great" reviews and decided to give them a try. First of all their pan is very dry and hard. Second it is way to expensive. I'd never pay the price for poor quality pan. I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from.
