There is a chilled waiting area with an industrial fan so it stays cool in this shops waiting area even though the waiting area is inside the indoor-outdoor garage. Comfortable. Homey even though it is a work area with power tools. Busy. I came earlier and the line was long. I asked the lady in charge how much time. She agreed about fifteen minutes and she could see me. Therefore I left to get gas and make a phone call. When I came back in twenty minutes I pulled right in and we came to a quick agreement. She worked with me in the office and she will take a partial payment with a deposit if you're negotiating fairly. She had to order my other two tires and they will come on Monday. When they come in she said she would call. We worked out a convenient solution and agreed that upon arrival of the tires I would meet her after my early bird shift at an agreeable time next week. They answered all of my many, many questions patiently and with a smile. We agreed that I could finish my payment on Monday. The Husband and Wife team offered many options to complete service and were polite and courteous throughout this experience. I'll be updating this post after work is completed early next week for a complete and more thorough review. They allowed me to use their WiFi to briefly write this review and even paused from their busy day for a few photos. Please support this family owned business and come here for all of your tire needs. They gave me an out the door price and didn't upsell anything I did not want or need. You can expect more photos from me after my update. Mr Ruben and Miss Maury welcomed me to return to their shop with all my tire needs. I felt safe and secure leaving my vehicle to their care. It must be great to be a woman and just sit in the office and not really being knowledgeable of what you have out in inventory it's cool that they say that they have $50 tires $60 tires and new ones but when you have to drive over there and you make sure that they tell their people that workout they're putting tires on and she specifically said yes we do have $50 tires here we have some in stock and then when you go there you always got some crazy fool that says no we only have $60 tires and then when you confront them then they act like it's basically the customer's phone because they stated that you have to come and check it out in order for it to be a $50 Tire my question is doesn't matter how people run their business that's their prerogative all I'm saying is that you know what you keep on having this kind of attitude and I know now it's a new business owner that what I was told that's not a great way to run customer service so I hope that they last for a very long time but in all due respect I'm not sending any of my people there can I have a...
