BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard — Restaurant in El Paso

We use to like coming to this location to get food. Service was great and orders accurate. Lately something has drastically changed. Drive thru and counter have been messing up orders the thing is we normally wouldn’t say anything about it because it was usually a missing sauce or the wrong sauce wrong fries. We let it go . On July 9th I decided to go inside to place my order for pickup.I placed my order with a young gentlemen who honestly seemed confused at my simple order. The guy in counter forgot I was even there and I had to go to counter to ask for my food. A very nice man from kitchen gave me my food.As soon as I got home with my food we realized order was wrong and missing sauce. I no longer had a way of getting back to restaurant.When I reached out to manager on duty she blamed the inaccurate order on the person in front counter being special .. my problem is not with special needs people working . My problem is with management’s inability to run a business effectively. We visited this location for the first time, and we are very glad we did. The chicken, either in bite sized, tender, or sandwich presentation was very soft, well cooked, and delicious. The food was prepared very quickly, and the chicken was not overly greasy, which was a pleasant surprise. The sauces were very good as well, we tried mango habanero and buffalo. We were also very pleased with the drinks (several options to choose for soda and tea, and they also offer limeade).

Lastly, the ice cream and custard were also very tasty and reasonably priced. They offer a large variety of toppings for the sundaes. To top it off, they currently have a back to school special that we highly recommend- sundaes are half off monday through Friday from 3 to 5.

Brenda, who claimed she was the manager, was very rude and disrespectful while taking my order. I didn’t even finish speaking before she cut me off and rushed me to complete my order. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I let her know that after many times ordering food from Boss Chicken, this was the first time someone had ever been that ride.
