Chinese Valley — Restaurant in El Paso

We get food from here very frequently. Once every week or two. Lately the service has been so terrible. The food is never consistently the same anymore. Tonight, i called at 5:20pm. A lady came on the phone and said “I’ll be with you right now” and set the phone down for 10 minutes. I placed my order for two dinners, cheese wontons, and an egg roll. She said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. My husband gets there about 30 minutes later and the food is not ready. He continued to wait. She said it was almost ready. 20 minutes later he went in, because he was in the drive through, and asked if she could check if they had our order ready. As there was lots of orders bagged and sitting out. She did not say anything to him, turned around, went outside and got someone else’s card. When she came back in, she still did not help him. By this point it was 6:40pm and i had called at 5:20pm. He finally said cancel his order and walked out. The service here has been so terrible lately. Definitely looking for a new Chinese place. Disappointed because we get food from here weekly. Tried to call to talk to someone about it, but no answers. As my husband said, while he was in there they were not answering the phones and just letting them ring. Sad that other people walked out as well. One guy was told it was gonna be 40 more minutes for ONE order. He was also waiting in the drive through for quite some time behind my husband. Ridiculous. Then can’t even talk to anyone about their poor service. Don’t think we’ll be...

Hmmm .... My honest review of this place is 50/50 not good, not bad, just ok. Here's why. I ordered a lunch special from their menu for take out. I ordered orange chicken from menu.... When I got home it was some sort of pineapple shrimp in a very red sauce, I presume it was sweet and sour. Yes I know! I should have checked before I left. . On the plus side the shrimp was nice and plump, and plenty of them so it was probably a better value than the orange chicken. Unfortunately the coating that was on the shrimp was a little too thick and had a pasty taste and texture. But all in all not the worst. The fried rice was very plain I don't think there was anything else in it, I discovered one single pea in it as well as a tiny sliver of onion... And the egg roll though very tasty was also very very small. Was I full was i satisfied yes, was I jumping for joy no. So all in all I think I'll give this place three stars for the location and convenience of it all..... I might give them one more chance with a different dish and see if that makes a difference. Until then I'm giving them two and a half stars.... 3 max until I give...

I got 2 different kinds of fried rice and some fried wantons. The rice is ok.... Still not one of my favorites, I got a chicken fried rice and pork fried rice.... The pork they use I believe it's from pork they were coming for sweet and sour pork but it's chopped up... The flavor is good but it just seems like the rice is missing a little flavor. Next I got the chicken fried rice and asked if they can make it spicy..... It was a valid attempt but again my wife tells me it's not such spicy 😅 but I did get a little kick from it when I tried it. Last I got the friend wantons.....I thought they were a little over cooked.... But they were still good but kinda small..... The service was good.... Since I ordered on line and the order was over $30 they give you a free 2 liter of soda. Over all pretty good, just not one of...
