UPDATE!!!!! I redacted my 1 star to give these gentleman their 5 star redemption kudos. In particular to Manny. He made sure to make our experience right again, and reach out with assistance on our issue. Thank you for restoring my faith in this store! We love going, and hated that we had this experience. However Manny made it right and was amazing throughout the conversation. Thank you, Manny! And thank you to the rest of the staff at the Kenworthy location who have always been so kind to my son. We appreciate you!
This is a brand new location so we were excited about it being so close to home since we have a project car. The staff has been super helpful, kind and informative. Weāve spent hundreds already. And on 8/9 we had a battery issue that couldāve easily been resolved, but the manager on duty (Felipe we believe) was an absolute jerk. Rude. And not willing to help. Iām highly disappointed. Iāll make sure to check the store before we go so I donāt spend anymore money while heās there. Iām thankful to the other staff trying to help my family. This man has always provided such horrible customer service. He should be removed as a manager with such a poor attitude...
