Ordered online and nothing ready when I got there, asked why it wasn’t ready, they said that the bread I ordered was not available. I waited all this time and they emailed me to pick up at certain time to only be surprised that it was not done. Asked them why didn’t get a call, they said the company phone is not in service. I still had to wait for others to get their order before I received mine. Subway has changed, I’m a customer that buys often, but the service fails me every time. The young lady immediately informed us that she could not toast any bread because the restaurant would be closing in 15 minutes. I asked for a steak and cheese and was then told she could not sell me that because they wouldn’t sell cold steak and wouldn’t toast it because they were closing in 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
