Ate here for the first time yesterday during their lunch hours specials (11am-3pm). The lunch hour menu items offered were under $15 and they were full size meals, satisfying my friend who was starving. Prices on the regular menu were around $20 bucks except for the steaks which were in the price range of close to $30 & $40 depending on the cut. Prices are comparable to Applebees & Chilis nowadays or Olive Garden. Then again, have you gone to Burger King/McDonalds/Wendys etc? If you order a large combo meal you are looking at close to $13 for fast food. I don't know about you but I rather eat at an actual restaurant. The food was really good. The melted queso with rajas was so goooood. Enough for 3 people with some left over. My husband enjoyed his steak lunch special, couldn't finish the whole meal though due to the queso tacos we stuffed our faces with! I had the lunch special tacos and they were good but could have used a little more fat or flavor, the meat was a little dry. My friend had the lunch enchiladas and he wiped the plate clean, truly enjoyed them. The sweet tea got the approval rating of both my husband and friend and the lemonade I ordered was refreshing and homemade! My favorite. The ambiance was nice, relaxing. The restaurant was clean, plenty of sitting room. They have another section separated by swinging doors that is the bar area. The outside has a children's playground which I found pretty neat. Let's parents enjoy their meal because the kids can use up their wild energy playing outside. The service was slow but it was just our waiter. The other two waiters working were hustling and actually took the time to help us out when our waiter was MIA (Missing in Action). All in all, I will definitely swing by this restaurant anytime I leave Cloudcroft and come down to El Paso. Aside from the service from our waiter, everything about this restaurant was A-OK with me.

My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday here so I made a reservation for a table of six. When I got to the restaurant they had the table ready which was awesome. Vanessa was our server and she was great! She was on top of our drinks and kept us happy. It was pretty slammed but she managed to provide great service. We were all very happy overall. The food was excellent. We had ribeye and empanadas for an appetizer. They brought her cake and sang happy birthday. It was a great experience. *****5/7/22–Since our first visit for my daughter’s birthday the second one for my sister’s graduation was not the best. That was more of a 2 star. There were issues with the food and had to send it back. There is a tortilla chip policy that you are limited to so many per table. There was only one bartender and we were warned by the server that it would take a while for drinks to come out. The server was stressed out. We don’t plan to have anymore gatherings here since the price is so high and the service is a hit and miss.

Went for dinner. Small wait for 2 on an early Saturday night. Sat us in the bar area, was still quiet. Nice atmosphere and really cool dead animal skulls on the wall everywhere like a hunters cabin. I'm not sure if they're real or fake but are impressive none the less. Neat art on the walls, too. Ordered a sampler appetizer and a couple of Arrachera steaks... steaks came like 1 minute after the sampler was brought, and the waitress said, "Sorry, I didn't want them to sit there and overcook." Timing sucked, felt rushed. Poor food service. No excuses. Wasn't even busy. The food was delicious. Steak was overcooked, still good. Lacked presentation. Flavor was on point, though. Food Service is a big deal for this price, 3 stars. Presentation lacking, 3 stars. Food Flavor saved the day, 5 stars. Service was too relaxed there when we went, and heavily showed. I expected more from a $35 steak, too. Still, I will be back for another try! The food is too good! I recommend it, maybe not the Arrachera. Good luck when you go!

Had never been here and left very disappointed. This is an upscale restaurant and we did not receive the service of an upscale place. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived. Our waitress took our drinks in which a large family table proceeded to arrive. We ordered our food however, the waitress took a while to get our food since she decided to take their order prior. We also tried to ask her for more drink, tostadas and salsa and she took long to get each thing at a time. We ordered enchiladas and the western burger and to top it off the food arrived lukewarm/cold. When we informed to the restaurant thar the food was cold all they did was reheat it. When we got the bill they charged us a "mixed drink tax" ans another fee for using a card plus state tax. Ive been to many restaurants and have never had a "mixed drink tax" in El Paso. The manager never came out and spoke to us about our service. We arrived like 2 hours before closing time and received a 2 minute closing time service.

Stopped by for a solo lunch to enjoy a very pleasant and quiet meal. Had some green enchiladas with rice and beans which were quite good. I also had the best Sangria ever. I've had sandria mant times at many other places and this obe topped them all. The chips and salsa were delicios and my favorite was that salsa with roasted peppers. I wish I could buy some to take home. One of my favorite's of my meal. Finished off with a cute tres leches cake which had a tiny little flopper like funnel filled with dome milk to squeeze into the cake. Genius touch!! My visit was very pleasant with Luis Miguel's romantic ballads in the background. I enjoyed my solo lunch quite much. All of this was complemented by my awesome waitress, Pailina, I believe is her name. Very professional, kind and made my whole experience there quite pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my visit for the second time. Thank you for making my meal quite pleasant. I most definitely recommend Corralitos for dinner and now, lunch.

I am not one to write nasty reviews and this is not the exception. Let me begin by saying I love Corralito. I have gone many times to the one on Zaragoza and Airways and both have been excellent to say the least. Now for whatever reason, Doniphan just does not make it on the A list. Our server was very nice, quick and attentive. The ambience is very nice and clean. The food, on the other hand, just quitely does not come near to the other Corralito locations. I do not know exactly why, but I keep ordering my steak medium and when received its more well done, no juice, no pink. The kiddos chicken tenders were so dry, but to be fair, our queso fundido with mushrooms was really really good, but now, instead of going on and on, I will try and visit the other El Paso locations. Keep up the great work Corralito. Truly a great Mexican style Steakhouse 👌.
