After spending $29 on 4 burritos I asked for salsa and the girl at the register only gave me 2. I asked for more (as 1 per burrito seems reasonable) and after she already rung me up and closed out my transaction she told me they charge for salsa. She told me it was 45 cents per salsa. She should’ve told me before she closed me out. She was rude about it too! This is El Paso, burritos are sold on every corner WITH free salsa. I won’t be back!

They have a great variety of tasty, VERY affordable burritos. I only tried 2 of the breakfast burritos, and they were delicious. With the hot, fresh brewed coffee they have, it made for a very pleasant breakfast (you can eat-in!). I'm planning to try the lunch burritos next time.

Been going there for many years. I ALWAYS leave a tip. For my loyalty and generosity all I see are the price of all their burritos increase--including their most basic (we're talking about potatoes and beans...has increased in 2 years time from $1.00 to $1.80). (It would be nice if they had a burrito that poor people could afford). And don't go in towards the end of the day because those same burritos will be less than hot). I guess we're paying for their remodel in Canutillo.

UPDATE: I've been feeling the increase but, haven't been asking for receipts. After an incident the day before, today, I asked for a receipt. There was a dollar difference between the posted price and the receipt. Their explanation was the posted prices did not reflect the increases. After some argument and me explaining that by law they have to charge what they post in the restaurant I got my dollar back. Increases of close to a dollar makes a Picadillo nearly $4.00 with taxes. (Come on guys...). As much as I love the girls down there I believe I'll be looking elsewhere...

I have always like their burritos but for some time now they have been made smaller and smaller while the price has only increased more and more. I would still continue going because I like them but have had enough when one of the workers was charging me when I asked for the salsa on the side instead of in the burrito. I obviously then asked her to just leave the salsa in the burrito but she insisted I still needed to pay for it and started yelling in the store (in front of other customers) that she will pay for it when I stated she said she would not charge me if I put the salsa IN the burrito. Turns out they did not put any salsa in the burrito or give me the salsa on the...

I live down the street from this location. Been getting my burritos from here for a good while. Great burritos. I bought 6 burritos today and on my first bite of the chile verde burrito I thought it was saliva but ended up being a long white hair that stayed hanging out of the burrito. Gross yes! but it happens...understandable, went back to change it for another diff one. The issue I have and wont take my money back there is the fact one of the ladies tried saying that I put the hair in it. Blew my mind they had the nerve to say that. One of the older ladies did correct her and apologized. Which is great...
