The barbacoa seems like it is ground barbacoa, the worse part is that they ground the fat with the meat so it can weight more? It is terrible the amount of fat that is within that barbacoa. And it doesn't sink to the bottom like in real barbacoa, the whole fat volume stays within the barbacoa. Too much money for something that is not well done. Be aware! They just care about the money, and never about selling a good quality product. On good barbacoa you can see the shredded pieces of meat and must fat ALWAYS goes to the bottom of the container, but not on their barnacoa, most of the fat stays everywhere in the meat. That is not barbacoa, it is just like a fat spreading mass of who knows what. On the service, OMG! they take forever, they give you the food, it is cold, the people on the register act like if they were giving you the food for free. They forget things and take until you are done eating to givethem to you. Same thing happen with the to go items. First time going, never coming back.
Environment, horrible cheap chairs for the price of their food Music too loud....

I ordered a lonche de barbacoa and was very disappointed! I don't know if this makes much sence, but the bread for the torta had too much bread. The bread was too thick. The barbacoa, which should be their specialty was like mush, like if after they cooked it, they threw it in a blender and blended it for some time, the consistency of it was like soggy bread. It was so bland that the only think I could taste is some of the bread. Note: I don't have covid so, that barbacoa was bland as heck. I never thought that I would find a bad barbacoa place in El Paso, but I have found the winner. Not sure if they changed Cooks or something like that due to the whole covid unemployment situation, but the barbacoa was the worst I've ever had. Being mexican born and raised in Mexico I was taught to always finish my food, but this was so bad that I had to throw away half of the torta. It...

The staff and management speak Spanish and English. The place is clean, service is awesome, peaceful place to have an cold beer and watch a good soccer/foootball ⚽️ game. Lots of parking spaces and safe for family and kids.
The food is fantastically flavorful with the correct mix of Barbacoa oils, salt, and spices, same goes for the tortillas, hot, soft, yummy 🤤. The sauces are awesome 🤩, made my tongue salivate until the last bite. The lady at the register taking the orders is very patient, helpful and make’s amazing food.
