Dunkin' — Restaurant in El Paso

I was really excited for this location and at first it was amazing. For a whole week straight I went everyday since they had the banner up that stated "$2 medium iced coffee" and thats exactly what I ordered a medium iced coffee. Except on Friday 8/4 I went through drive thru as I always do and ordered a medium iced coffee the same exact order and when I pulled up to the window she wanted to charge me for a normal priced coffee, which I didnt mind paying but why have the banner up then? I went ahead and asked if the sale had ended and she replied with its still going on but I had to specifically ask for a 2 dollar medium iced coffee and i politely told her but you guys are advertising a 2 dollar MEDIUM iced coffee and thats what I asked for a medium iced coffee. She apologized and said she couldnt give it to me and I had to go through drive thru and ask for it AGAIN and specifically say 2 dollars. I found this incredibly rude and to my surprise she was actually a shift manager too named Nicole. I went ahead and asked for a refund and went to starbucks across the street. Its not about the money but more of the customer service. Its insane that one day I ask for a medium iced coffee and it qualifies for the sale but the next when I dont mention 2 dollars then it doesnt. I suggest you all have a staff meeting and agree on being consistent on what needs to be said by the customer so it wont cause...

Went in on Tuesday 21st November approximately 7:20 pm two girls inside. Walked in one girl immediately went to back room out of view second was filling a drive through order did NOT acknowledge me or my sister we stood in front girl filling drive through order about five minutes later the other girl came out and started filling a drive through order! Until I asked the second girl should we go to your drive through??? Is that how one gets service here?.? She simply said I thought SHE had already acknowledged you??? The other girl walked away again to get an uber eats or some kind of other order STILL not bothering to acknowledge us standing there ??? If you want to be ignored and not get any service of any kind I highly recommend this place!! It supposedly closes at 11pm and they had literally 3 kinds of doughnuts available??? All they said was we ran out of them earlier So NO SERVICE no choices only drive through is getting service! Wow!! I would give 0 stars if possible. I will not go back will not recommend this place Go instead to Edgemere they do have a selection and Service! What a concept...

This Dunkin’ Donuts has the most rude and disrespectful employees. I was ordering drive thru, and the seemed rude and uninterested. I pulled up to the window and this male pepperoni face teenager was very rude. I had a question about the app and a deal it had, and he was not talkative or communicative. He didn’t even answer my question or explained what was going on. He was working at around 4 pm on the 4th of July. When saying thank you to them, they didn’t even respond back. I was raised with manners, but I suppose these teenagers weren’t. Management needs to speak with them on how to be polite and give good customer service. I get we all may hate our jobs, but there’s no reason to be rude and disrespectful to customers. Especially when the customers are nice. Will never...
