She needs to take some classes on how to handle irate customers or go sit down somewhere and keep her mouth shut or sit there and pack on another 10 pounds of makeup on her face and wait til she’s needed. The rep Desiree that I was dealing with handled the situation like a true professional even though I was extremely rude to her. Even commended Desiree for her professionalism at the end. Zayanya should never feel the need to try to humiliate another person let alone a customer by telling them to pay their bills on time. If I was given the proper information the first time I asked payments would have been made. If you decide to do business with this place watch out because they will not tell you that they are changing the terms of your contract prior to accepting additional funds to be able to make conscious decision to either accept or decline. Mine was changed from a 5 month loan to a 30 day loan. Then reps are giving false information about paying down said loan. Saying that even if you over pay on your loan you will not be able to pay it down because you will pay for it forever until you can make a payment of the full amount within that 30 day time frame.
