Bad. I paid 300 dollars flr these tiny cakes, the owner denied us a refund because "i cant tell its 3 colors unless i zoom in". The lady at the cash register was saying we hadnt paid when we had😂. We gave even more(twice as much than was requested as the deposit. And they still did this. The cake fixer guy came and fixed it an hour later. He's the only one that apologized and was nice about it. Theyre blessed to have him. The manager was wrong and didnt care that one cake was bright blue instead of purple and the other was pink woth purple instead of pink, rose gold, brown. The butterflies i dont mind. Just the colors, no refund, and their attitude of "oh well". the lady up front was distracted, sleepy, and wrong. She had to go to the back and come back to let us know that we were right and had already paid as much as we said we did. When she ordered the cake, the cashier asked us to send them a picture of the cake so they could make it "exactly like it was" (even on receipt it stated "same as picture") The cake cost us $120 so we were thinking we were getting what we ordered. The day of the party we picked up the cake and found out it was nothing like the cake we sent them. The lady in charge at that time said she couldn't do anything about it.
