When this place first opened not too long ago, I was surprised how fresh the food was out the air fryers. The service is very polite and kind. However, I am tempted to joke about the workers and call them les incompétents because of how these workers cannot read and fulfill an order correctly. They forget an item in my orders 100% of the time out of the dozen times I've been there (not exaggerating at all) Whether it be the extra sauce I asked for, the bacon on my burger that I payed extra for, or even a whole item such as my burger, they never forget to leave something out from my order. They rely solely on the quality assurance of the costumer. So if you're not checking on your order before you leave the restaurant, rest assured, the restaurant forgot something that you paid for. Read moreI initially had a 5 star review when this place first opened, and for the next several months it remained great. But, now I think the staff that helped them initially has been gone for some time, and the service is not even as close as good as it was when it opened. Thus, the standard service has become significantly slower, the employees look/act more annoyed, and every now and again my order is missing or had wrong drink, or sauce. In my opinion, this location needs to either re-train their employees for efficiency and customer service - to bring back that great momentum they opened with. Also, I used to get condiments in a little bag, now it's tossed lazely in there, the prices are higher at this location (which I was fine with until service slipped majorly), and overall the employees I've experienced just seem miserable or don't care. Read moreTook forever to get food, I understand mornings get busy, but everyone else was getting food before us(drive thru) and they were behind us, saw many cars getting off from the drive thru to walk inside to complain, car in front of us seemed to have asked for refund, kept getting ignored at the window, honking at the workers to get their refund, then we had to leave because of an emergency, we got our coffee and we were going to pay for the coffee just not the food because we hadn’t gotten our food yet. We spoke to the manger, she seems maybe inexperienced with dealing with customers and outbursts. She was soft spoken just not the right fit.
