Model Bakery — Restaurant in El Paso

Haven't been to modelo bakery in about 2 yrs walked in and saw they remodeled it. Looks nice. Modern. Waited a couple of minutes to be attended. Used to come here for the small cookies that have that chocolate and strawberry drizzle on top they r known for these but to my dissapointment they didn't have any small ones just in a huge cookie got 4 of them and they were hard threw the other 3 away. I also got 5 conchas my favorite sweet bread the way they make it there No bread was yellow inside (its usually white) and very dry wouldnt even soak up my milk or coffee. Just threw all the sweet bread away. The verde burrito is good but no salsa is given..I wont be returning here..very...

I went there to pickup a Birhday cake that I requested for my aunt's 70th birthday. I sent a picture of what I wanted and the cake was nothing like I requested. I asked for my money back and they said there was no refunds. The kids there tried to make it better with a discount which was nice. To top it off the didn't have a proper box for the cake. They put to half boxes together to accommodate covering the cake and in the process it ruined the lettering on the cake. My mother was disappointed that she could not give the nice cake she requested and was embarrassed at my aunts party. I will never buy a cake...

Sweet bread is very good & very soft to eat, burritos are good & so are the Tortas. However, when it comes to personnel, there is this lady brunette , short lady, black hair. She is so rude & always putting pressure on customers, Love the place, but the service she gives, ruins the...
