Doggos - Tacos Burritos Juarez Hot Dogs Tortas — Restaurant in El Paso

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went last night craving a hot dog, but it turned out to be the worst mistake. First off, I decided to go inside because they had a drive-thru with a long line, thinking it would be faster. That was my first mistake. They clearly prioritize the drive-thru, making me wait until they served all the cars before taking my order. After waiting for 15 minutes just to place my order, they didn't even give me a receipt.

Then came the agonizing wait of 45 minutes with no sign of my food. Growing impatient, I went to the front counter to inquire about my order, only to be met with a nonchalant "sorry, we have a lot of people." At that point, I had had enough and asked for a refund. I left the place still craving a hot dog, but now with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Save your time and avoid this place at all costs. The staff is rude, and the restaurant looks dirty. Worst hot dog experience ever. I wouldn't recommend...

So After a horrible 1st experience, I decided to give this place a 2nd opportunity. The quality of customer service at this place is so unbelievably horrible it’s unheard of. I wanted fries with my order & they were missing. BUT I SURE AS HELL GOT CHARGED FOR THEM! I called to ask why my order was incomplete and the lady explained that it is not her responsibility to tell me the combo comes with chips and not fries. Therefore instead ASSUMED I didn’t want anything. Not once did she ask if I would like to return for my chips THAT I PAID FOR. Instead she said it wasn’t her fault, I told her I would be posting a bad review of this place and she flat out just said DO WHATEVER… Sadly, I would recommend you buy a $10 Hot dog ELSEWHERE. Somewhere that at a minimum can take responsibility for their actions!

These people should NOT BE PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, they should be CLEANING TOILETS where they don’t need to deal...

I am never coming back to this place. I went last night to get a combo of tacos de carne asada and when I got home it was ground beef tacos. So, I drove back to the place and told them that they were not carne asada tacos at all and they kept saying they were but they were cut into little pieces, that was a total lie because the meat was shredded and it tasted like ground beef. How would I not know what carne asada looks and tastes like when I am mexican and being eating carne asada my whole life. Anyways I told them I wanted a refund and showed them my receipt and the guy said he couldn’t give me mu money back because they had already done their checkout. Last but not least I asked for a number to make a complain and all they said was “you can do that online” which they don’t have a website and never answer their phone number. I drove off without my...
