Pinky's Market & Restaurante — Restaurant in El Paso

I'm never buying burritos from this place ever again. How unprofessional I ask them for a papa's con queso and the cook gave me a bean burrito. I called the restaurant and the owner yelled at me like if I was one of her employees. I've never been mistreated in any restaurant like I did in this place. I work in a professional place where all my coworkers and i go their to get food. When I tell my coworkers what happened I'm sure they will stop going their. This is a place where they want to keep their clients but they decided to mistreated them instead. I am so disappointed, if you want to get mistreated by the owner go for it. I ask her what can you do for me and she said what you want me to do I ask her replace it and she said no I will add the papas con quedo but not replace it. She kept on arguing with me what a low class and unprofessional person to run a business like that.This is the last time I go their. I do not recommend to eat or buy food from this place. The management and staff at Pinky's have always been so accommodating and friendly. Their burgers are grilled and absolutely delicious. Their fries are a meal in themselves. One of my favorite dishes is their flautas. They are perfectly prepared and I like them with sour cream and cheese, which they drizzle and sprinkle on top and serve them on a bed of shredded lettuce with a couple of fresh sliced tomato on the side. Great little place. Bought some barbacoa burritos for 3.50 a piece! They were big and delicious! They open about 8:30 till 9:30 but close at 4 on Sundays. They also have menudo on Saturdays and Sundays. It's also a tiny market but are very very limited. Was closed for a little while but just recently opened up. The staff was nice as well.
