Worst experience ever, we went to celebrate my sisters birthday we were only a table of 5 . As soon as we arrived no one was on the front we wait about 5 minutes till someone came the cashier/server ask us what we want to order without menus , we had to ask for it , we were 2 separate checks and she keep messing with our orders . I had to wait 20min for my pizza while everyone else was eating already on my table , after we went to the counter to ask for every single thing we need napkigs, our pizza , ranch . She came up and told us we have to pay already because they were leaving after 5min of giving me our food and it was around7-8 pm They close at 11 , i try to talk to the manager on the phone but no help he just told me he was going to talk to the server (amber) i was offer only a $10 giftcard for the inconvenience and even that we haven’t receive it. Ordered what I wanted and they stated it would take 30-45 minutes. Awesome! Waiting for the pizza to arrive to notice an hour since I placed the order. Called Pizza Hut asked what was going on with the order and ended telling me I had placed two orders instead of one. The representative on the phone asked if I want to talk to the manager, I say yes and they transfer me to the manager. I'm on hold and the driver arrives. Read moreI ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni but unfortunately I took the first bite and it had a hair. I called, spoke to manager and she gave me a medium no extra pepperoni and some cinabons. Unfortunately the bons had a hair, called twice nobody answered so I decided to go in. The manager didn't really say much so I asked for a refund, she said she couldn't do it that I had to call the morning manager. I called the morning manager told her the problem and it turns out they don't do refunds only store credit. She is asking for me to take the food back and get store credit, which I don't understand why the night manager didn't tell me that when I was there.
