Allies Baking Boutique — Restaurant in El Reno

In June of 2021 I bought either a dozen or 2 dozen of Allie’s incredible Chocolate cupcakes with the smoothest, darkest most amazing chocolate frosting for my moms birthday. It was last minute and Allie was very accommodating and helpful. So today, almost a year later my husband and I were passing through town (we live in OKC) and we made a point to make a stop at Allie’s so we could get a couple of the amazing chocolate cupcakes I just described along with a few of her other cupcakes for us to try. Unfortunately our bakery stop has been a total let down. My husband and I both are super disappointed right now with the cupcakes I just purchased. The frosting is not anything like what we had the first time. I am really sorry to say that the cupcake and frosting both taste like they came from a Walmart bakery. It left a weird film like texture on my teeth. We got 2 chocolate, a vanilla, almond, strawberry and lemon raspberry cupcake. I’ve tried a little of each flavor and none are exceptional in anyway. The frosting doesn’t taste like typical buttercream, it has that store bought kick. They are not worth the $3.50 or the $3.75 I was charged for each. My husband and I decided we couldn't wait anymore to get married, and had a small covid friendly wedding. Despite being so last minuit, Allie was incredibly accommodating and very flexible. I showed her a reference of what I wanted and told her the size. I was so busy my husband had to take care of most of her questions and everything. Yet, when we received the cake we were blown away. The cake was absolutely gorgeous. Completely exceeded our expectations. I almost didn't want to eat it because it was so beautiful to look at, but our former taste testing told me I'd be insane not to eat the cake.

The cake was absolutely delicious. In the begining, it was hard for us to find a cake flavour in general. My husband likes chocolate and I prefer white cake. But when we tried Allies cookies n' cream cake it was perfect for both our tastes. Our quest also loved the cake and were eager to figure out who the baker was.

I definitely will be returning for other events. The place may seem a little far out, but it is 100% worth it. Thank you Allie for the love you put in your craft and being so flexible. You made our last minuit experience feel just as perfect as a meticulous and we'll planned out wedding. Thank you for helping my dream wedding...

Like many, I’ve been seeing Allie’s Bakery on TikTok and decided today was the day id try her desserts out. It was a rainy morning and short drive. When I arrived at 10:05am there was already a line outside the door. The wait was short. It was my finally my turn to be served after watching those before me leave with boxes and smiles. When I walked up to the dessert case OH MY, everything was displayed beautifully. I purchased the oatmeal pie, dessert tart, chocolate tart and the cream filled strawberry croissant. Everything I purchased was wonderful, not overly sweet, just perfect! The young lady helping me had great customer service, I felt welcomed by her service and smile.

My favorite was everything I purchased. I really enjoyed the stuffed croissant, the fruit and chocolate tarts were delicious and the oatmeal pie put little Debbie to shame. It was worth the drive and I look forward to returning.

Honorable Mention: Try Iron Coffee around the corner while in the area; it was also worth the try and paired perfect with my selections
