Two different visits led to this review. The first visit I went in to get a hot and ready pizza. I was told it was nothing hot and ready and they were prioritizing online orders. The manager on duty had absolutely no control over the staff whatsoever and the staff seem to have no idea what they were doing. I was told it was going to be at least 30 minutes before they can make a pizza for me, so I left empty-handed.
Fast forward 2 weeks. So since they are prioritizing online orders and obviously do not have the capacity to serve online orders and have hot and ready out of the same building I downloaded the app set up my account and placed an order. A three meat pizza and breadsticks is going to take me nearly an hour before it's ready to pick up. Okay it's dinner time on Saturday I get it they're busy. I'm told my order is ready and I walk in to pick it up and just like last time there was a lobby jam-packed with people and they don't have any hot and ready pizzas and their prioritizing online orders, but lucky me, I place an online order so I'm going to be okay, right? Wrong. The person placing orders into the pick up boxes put not only mine but a bunch of other orders in the wrong slots so in my slot opens it's empty. I am then told that the only thing they can do is remake my order and it's going to be at least 45 minutes. I told the cashier to refund and cancel my order so again I left empty-handed.
To make matters worse the incompetent employee who put the orders in the wrong slots is standing up front and the poor cashier is having to deal with all of these mistakes while the person who created the chaos is standing there nonchalant and couldn't care less that any of these problems existed. I cannot believe that a grown adult would sit there and let this poor teenage cashier get chewed out time and time again and just stand there without a care in the world.
If you absolutely need Little Caesars find a different location because this one's management team has no idea what they're doing and needs to...
Read moreNever going to this location again. I placed an online order because this is the only option. My pick up time was scheduled for 8:32-8:42pm. I arrived at the location and waited to receive my email with the code for the portal. I never received it. At 8:50pm, I decided to go inside. There was a lot people waiting. People were saying they waited an hour and even an hour and a half. I didn’t mind waiting because Friday is a busy day. I listened as the cashier tried to reassure people that their orders were coming. It was clear he had no idea how long it would be. Around 9:10pm one of the employees came from the back with his apron and gloves on. He turned off the “open” light sign. He turns around and with a nasty tone says “We closed at 9” I told him it didn’t matter and they couldn’t close until they either completed the paid orders or provided a refund. I attempted to inform him that orders were being placed into the portal but names were not displayed. He continued to try and argue with me and state that they are very busy. I told him I didn’t care and orders needed to be completed. He asked if I wanted to come back there. No, that’s what I paid you to do. Instead of taking time to argue with me go back and do your job. At that point I disengaged. I attempted to tell the shift manager about the portals. He was condescending. At this point it was pointless trying to explain anything to them. My order was finally ready at 9:30pm. There was still people waiting when I left. I got home and was given the wrong order, and the pizza was not fully cooked! The best way to prevent issues like this is for the manager to STOP online orders when he realizes they are so far behind. The cook that decided to take his anger out on a customer should probably express his concerns to his boss. After all, the only reasons customers were still in the store is because we were waiting for our...
Read moreUpdated 13 Nov 2021: This location has started running again. I believe the earlier shutdown was due to the worker shortage at the time. Updating star rating from 1 star previously to reflect current status. I really appreciate having a quick and ready pizza place as well as a less expensive option. I believe the prices have gone up a bit. GOOD! I hope the pay for the employees is where this or a part of the increase went. The pizzas and other products are good for the price. My favorite is the slices and sticks that is half a pepperoni pizza and half is cheese bread sticks. I’ll continue going when I need a quick pizza and don’t want to break the wallet with a more elaborate pizza style.
Original: You can’t order pizza from this store… if you call to place an order it goes to a message that they are understaffed and you have to order online. This location doesn’t do online orders. I understand staffing issues, and if the store is maxed out then the message should say that. Oh and they aren’t taking orders through the app either. Which I have used before to order from this store. Taking my business elsewhere because I can’t give them...
