First time ordered sub -was ok not satisfied at all
Second time ordered sub and I forgot to mentioned Italian herbs and cheese bread which I always get and I asked her before even she started making it and she said no you have to put it in online order and she refused to give me
Third time I ordered pizza with extra vaggie - I got my pizza and I went inside the store to show her that I see 2-3 pieces of vaggie and she said “oh we put veggie under the cheese “I got surprised how you put vaggie under the cheese not on the top and gave nasty attitude
Again today ordered 2 foot long sub toasted
There was not toasted at all both breads We 2 people checked bread and I called twice (wasn’t busy at all)and finally picked up the call and she said yes it was toasted I was like we two people checked and it is not toasted but she never believe on CUSTOMER Avani her name I guess

When a different girl rang it up, it was full price. I asked her about the promotion and she said it was up to the manager. He told me they weren't because he didn't get the memo from corporate HQ.
I emailed corporate about this and they said each store is individually owned and operated and this store chose not to participate. Now that corporate confirmed the manager lied to me I will never visit another Subway restaurant again. I asked to speak to a manager they told me they wouldn’t cancel the transaction or give me a credit for another visit.
