Wingstop — Restaurant in Elgin

This location messed up with my order twice within a week. First time, ordered delivery through the app. Wrong order was delivered by 3rd party service. Had to leave my house while sick to pickup my order I paid delivery for. Okay. It happens. 3 days later, order again for pickup this time. Ordered through Wingstop site for pickup this time. Got confirmation email and asked my daughter and her boyfriend to pickup the food. The store ticketing system failed to provide my order to the store. My daughter had to call me for several screenshots of the email confirmation only to have my order canceled...

This location is new — and let me tell you, it’s a BREATH of fresh air! The Randall Rd Location (By Menards and Sam’s Club) is constantly messing up orders, the fries are always nasty, ranch and blue cheese seems watered down. This Tyler Creek location absolutely blows that other location out of the water. So thankful to have this location here now. Not only is the staff friendly, they pay attention to detail, the order is always accurate, and the food is up to the Wingstop Standard!!! Also the store is always clean even if it’s busy!! Job well done Tyler Creek...

I ordered wingstop for delivery and got some original hot tenders and lemon pepper fries. Food came fast and everything looked good … except for the tenders. The tenders were supposed to be original hot (which is a liquid sauce) instead they gave me the hot honey rub (a literal dry rub) which is completely different. Don’t get me wrong the tenders were still good , but I at least could have received some form of communication if there was an issue completing a part...
