Stopped randomly and could not be happier with our choice to stop here. The outside was very deceiving, but followed the reviews and stopped anyways, TOTALLY WORTH THE STOP! Food was absolutely delicious. Started off with a complimentary bowl of this bean soup (no clue how to pronounce or attempt to spell the actual name of it), which was beyond phenomenal!!! I could have eaten 20 of those bowls and been completely satisfied. I very much enjoyed the taco salad with rice and beans. The shell was cooked so perfectly, fluffy and airy. The insides had just the right ratio of meat to toppings. The beans were so flavorful. The rice was cooked to perfection! I will definitely be returning! My sister enjoyed the steak taco dinner and actually ate the entire meal, which she never does!! Shout out to the cook who came out to ask how the food was, great conversation. You can tell a good Mexican Restaurant by their salsa. All of the salsas at Los 2 Molcajetes taste good and fresh especially their Chip salsa. Their Burritos are huge & half the price of Chipotle a very good value. Their Al Pastor meat tastes better than all the other restaurants in the area. Prices are already pretty good but would be GREAT if they had a Lunch Special or Taco Tuesday w/soda deal. The inside is nice & clean with an authentic Mexican cantina vibe bright & colorful. Waited awhile after sign went up for it to Open. Tried it- most authentic, fresh wonderful tasting food. The drinks are great as well!!! I have gone back again. - Consistent food quality and taste.
