Taco Bell — Restaurant in Elizabeth City

This Taco Bell is such a disappointment. They skimp on the toppings/ingredients, won’t remake your food (just give you a side of whatever your food is missing), and even when they’re supposed to correct your order, they still get it wrong. From what I’ve seen they’re never busy, so now I’m left to wonder if they’re running customers away on purpose so they don’t have to do much work during their shift. I asked for 2 Nacho Bell Grande meals, 1 with a soft shell taco (that should mean the other taco is crunchy), and 1 meal with beans and the other without. I got home and realized neither meal had beans on it and each only had about a tablespoon of beef on them (???). I called and the guy on the phone (Rudy I believe) said he would remake it when I got there. Upon pulling up, I realized that they also didn’t give me a crunchy taco, they were both soft shell. When he finally came to the window, I mentioned that to him too. He told me “he didn’t recall that”. So I had to explain myself again. He at least agreed that the meal does come with a crunchy taco by default. I asked him if he wanted the 2 Nacho Bell Grandes back and he said “Nah. I’m gonna give you a side of beef and a side of beans that you can add to the nachos you already got and I’ll give you a crunchy taco.”. That seemed weird to me but I was trying not to cause a scene. I took the bag he handed me and he gave me ANOTHER soft shell taco, not crunchy. At that point, I just drove off because I don’t know if he’s trying to be funny or if he’s just incompetent. What a hassle and let down this has been! We live right down the road so this Taco Bell was convenient but we will pick one of the other ones from now...

Food was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. Go to a different Taco Bell because these workers do not care about you. We ordered 2 dorito tacos with extra cheese and no lettuce, and somehow they managed to put NACHO CHEESE in the tacos. And the cheesy roll ups we got were absolutely horrible, barely any cheese in any of them. What are we paying for? Scraps? It’s called a CHEESE ROLL not a tortilla with barely any cheese. Absolutely pathetic. It truly is not that hard to put effort into your job. What are these idiots even getting paid for? Their stupidity? You’d be better off spending more at a real restaurant or even making this stuff at home. Definitely not coming back. The cinnamon twists we got were also not even full. The small bag was only 1/3 filled. Edit: We got replacements for the Dorito tacos and the cinnamon twists yet almost nothing changed. The tacos were soggy and the cinnamon twists tasted like paint. And we bought five more cheese rolls, in hopes that they’d make it right, and they still managed to get it wrong. There was lettuce in the cheese rolls. If they’re letting lettuce get into their cheese, then what else are they mixing together? We also had a nacho bell grande made and asked for extra sour cream, and what do we get? Got a nachos bell grande, a cinnamon twist, two Dorito tacos and five cheese rolls. Barely any meat, cheese and sour cream on the nachos bell grande like there was barely any work put into it. The cinnamon twist had barely anything in the bag and the Dorito tacos had some weird cheese on it like nacho cheese or something? And then just the cheese rolls had barely anything cheese in them.
