I chose this coffee shop over the Turkey Hill next door because we need to shop local! I am very pleased with my choice. I ordered a white lavendar latte, bagel with s&p cream cheese and a cranberry pecan scone. The white lavendar latte is not how you would imagine! It is the perfect blend of delicious. It doesnt have a lavendar scent but more of a TINNYY pleasant undertone that i loved. I was skeptical so I only ordered a small but I regret it now. Highly recommend. The bagel and scone were delicious as well. 10/10 will come back. #ShopSmall #ShopLocal

Great cup of coffee at Copper Cup I tried the snickerdoodle holiday coffee latte with an extra shot of espresso and it was delicious. It's a very nice small cafe with a drive thru. Very cozy and welcoming faces of the employees. A perfect place to read a book, work on a project, or blog while enjoying a treat and warm cup of coffee. They currently are selling these beautiful pullover soft sweaters/unisex and my friend got one, he loves it. He says it's so warm and soft and it's great for traveling as well, without hauling a big coat. 5⭐out of 5

I just want to brag on this establishment's customer service! I had an issue with my order so I contacted the company. Cora responded immediately with the best customer service I have ever received! They greet you with a smile and are the absolute sweetest people ever! I will continue coming here even when it is in the opposite direction I am heading! Their customer service is just that great! Yummy iced mocha expresso with almond milk pictured! And I absolutely love their little note on top :) Thank you!

EDITED REVIEW LONG OVER DUE! I originally posted the below review shortly after they opened and only gave them one star for it. However, they soon after worked out their kinks, listened to reviews, customers, etc. and have nearly resolved every issue that we had previously. This has actually become my routine stop on my way to work now! The staff are amazing, super friendly and kind! Aside from the fact that I can get a delicious coffee or tea, they also have great eats! Be sure to check the bottom of your cup for some inspiration! Thank you for giving me reason to change my review and keep up the goodness!!!! Still love the corn egg muffin...and more!

I awaited anxiously daily as this place was going in and was excited when it opened as it is on my route for my LONG commute (an hour) to work! So this place was seemingly perfect, location, owners, everything. However, since its opening we have been plagued with bad experience after bad experience. First, we had to take a stab at just stopping in to find out it was actually open as they had not placed any signage that they were open until weeks after opening! I made a suggestion that they do so, especially since they still had work vans in their parking lot and it did not look as if they were open. (A sign was placed stating they are now open.) I have visited a dozen times since they have opened so I have given them a fair shake to heed suggestions and I can honestly say that unless they do some honest searching into this business, I will not be going back. One stop in, my coffe was served cold which I had to request it be made again as it was cold. They have absolutely no sugar alternatives or sugar free options AT ALL! They are alienating a HUGE demographic of people by not offering such options! Want cinnamon or nutmeg to add to your coffee? Forget about it! This is not an option either! Want to throw your trash away? No trash can was available for customers to throw their trash away! Now let's talk about the cups! Once again, I was initially excited to see that they were environmental conscious and had completely compostable cups made from a sustainable source. They even tout the fact that they are double lined. However, the lids are of the poorest quality of any to go cup I have ever drank from. Every single time, my lid has cracked and then dripped! It appears the lid cracks at the seam of the cup. This is extremely frustrating when going to work, driving, etc. Now let's talk price......all this for one of the steepest prices of coffee I have ever paid! I have also asked several times about loyalty cards and they don't offer them. I wanted so badly to love this place because of its affiliation with other local businesses that are thriving and getting it right and its convenience for me daily. However, they totally missed the mark with Copper Cup and I am extremely sad about that as I am all about supporting local businesses. I just can't support this one. I have voiced all of these issues in house, where there is no suggestion box, only the staff to receive it. The responses were "we only work here". Please help your staff understand with lack of management available, lack of a suggestion box, they are the front line to listen, receive and forward criticism, suggestions, concerns of your customers. If customers are met with "we only work here", our only avenue left is a more public one which may have not been the first or most comfortable, ideal route chosen. I hope you work out all the short comings so that you are able to thrive in our community! Fantastic corn egg...

I love this place and often thought of giving it a rave review. Today, I figured I finally would. I was finishing my Golden Chai tea, tongue tickled by spices, when I read the bottom of my cup. "You are unique", it said. I found that surprisingly coincidental, since I was thinking the same thing about the Copper Cup. The first time I went through this drive-thru, it was a small branch of the bank used by my family. Then, one day, this amazing little coffee shop showed up in its place. I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by what they served me, not only the first time, but for many visits after. The friendly staff handed me drinks and baked goods, clearly crafted with a mind toward excellence. The pecan bar is the first thing that comes to mind, because it tastes so good you want to pull off the road. The sweet, buttery nuttiness might be enough to cause impairment. There are several other cookies and bars that had a similar effect, leaving you with the thought that these Copper Cup people are not not afraid to overindulge you with the finest ingredients. Even the breakfast sandwiches, which do suffer a little from not having a griddle, still manage to be pleasantly different from the typical fast food breakfast. I ask you, from how many drive-thrus can you leave with a gluten-free breakfast biscuit, or enjoy a combination of egg white and pesto? Maybe there are multiple places in LA or New York, but options like these are not common around here. Having been a vegan for several years and also avoiding gluten for long periods of time, and I personally appreciated being able to grab such thoughtfully created food from a drive-thru window. And let's not forget the coffee, as this is the Copper Cup. We are talkin about high-quality coffee drinks that could hold their own against anything from a midtown Manhattan espresso bar. The Raw Cappuccino is a personal favorite, wonderful to drink as the turbinado sugar slowly melts into the foamy milk on top. And as I write this, I can still taste the spices from my Golden Chai, which for only a few dollars, is leaving me with the same afterglow that I enjoy as I leave an Indian restaurant. If you happen to be anywhere near Brickerville, where highway 322 and 501 meet, give this place a try. Even if you just want a coffee, you don't have to get out of your car to go into one of the two nearby gas stations. Just roll into that former bank drive-thru and get something...

I like the vibe of the place, and the workers are always really friendly and helpful. However, that's where the pros end for me. The coffee just kinda sucks, if I'm being honest. It's not that it tastes bad, it's just that there is almost no flavor variation between the different flavors. I have ordered several different styles and flavors, ranging from Regular Iced Coffee, to Caramel Frozen Coffee, to a recent season special Maple Bourbon Latté, and they all taste the same, or very nearly so. When I pay $7, not including tip, for a large cup of coffee that would be a medium size at other big name companies, I expect it to be worth the money & full of flavor, and especially sweet if I order something like Caramel. I have yet to be satisfied with an order from Copper Cup. If I wanted regular old coffee flavored coffee, I would brew it at the office for free.

Overall, Copper Cup is not a bad place, but it does need improvement in the coffee department. Until that time comes, I personally will be taking my business to places I know I won't waste money on, and I suggest others...
