Grand Central Pizza — Restaurant in Elizabeth Township

Got a large 2 topping pizza last Monday delivered. 22 for pizza and 3+ for tip. The Worst Pizza I had in over a year. Not just from them. Dry, and a topping here and a topping there. Sooooo Inconsistent on their pizza. So thought I'd give them another Try. Exactly a week later with hoagies. 2 half hoagies. One meatball and Italian deluxe. Got onion on the meatball. Charged 1.25$ extra. Never have been charged extra for onions Anywhere. And counted 4 slices of onion. Substituted banana peppers for green peppers. And got charged another 1.25$ Never been Charged extra for Substitution for Anything Anywhere unless it was a Premium topping. I GREW UP WITH CENTRAL PIZZA. SINCE THE LATE 80'S .. AND THAT WAS MY LAST TIME EVER ORDERING FROM THERE. INCONSISTENT RESTAURANT'S DO NOT WORK AND WORD OF MOUTH SPREADS QUICK. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT IS FEED UP ( No Pun intended) With Your Downfall. Won't Ever Order From THEM...

Have been getting food from here for a decade plus. In the last few years their service and quality has gone down. Today I placed an order, and received an item which I did not order. I was disappointed but not bent out of shape about it. I called the store, and was greeted by an ineffectual manager who seemed reluctant to right the issue, who simply passed the problem on to the fellow who handled my order to begin with. He was snarky and rude, saying that I misspoke. Even if I had, which I didn't, isn't the customer always right? I don't want to spend my money at a business that refuses to graciously handle their problems. Will not order from them again.

Never again!!! Italian Village here I come!!! Ordered 2 Italian hoagies and Jalapeno poppers. Delivery guy comes and can't give correct change. He says everyone's giving him $20 bills. He gives me $12 when I'm owed $17 and says that I have to call in and pay with a credit card, which I never would do. "Aren't you going to give me a tip?" The Steelers game was starting, I let him have the $5. Then I find out that I got 5 poppers for a price of $4.99, and I asked for mayo and Italian dressing on the side,and they gave me they're sauce...no mayo or Italian dressing!! And the hoagie was mostly bread!! I learned my lesson! They lost...
