Terrapin Station Cafe — Restaurant in Elizabeth Township

A great coffee shop was one of my husband and I's requirements for choosing our home town. It was almost more important then picking our house lol...and boy let me tell you E Town coffee co. did not disappoint! In the three years that we've lived in Elizabeth we have never had a single bad menu item or bad service ever. The staff that work there are always so friendly and everything we have tried all over the main drink and food menu has been so delicious. I love the creative drink specials and their daily food specials as well. I can't say enough good things about this place honestly and I'm very thankful that our little village has this great...

So, I'm early for a business appointment and riding around looking to satisfy my belly grumble. I run into the Police Chief, Fred Cass, and he tells me of this place. I call my appointment and tell them I'm in their town and stopping to eat. They asked me where, and I told them, and they gave rave reviews.

I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. The Muffaletta is now in my brain. I've tried many of their delicious paninis, but that one is my go-to. This place is now a destination on my business travels or if a weekend grumble needs addressed. Delicious, clean, very sweet owner and staff and an original environment. Sip....
