Grill Mexican BBQ — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Way to waste money, trying to try out new places. The service was horrible, I walked in and was first greeted by a CHILD about 6 years old sitting behind the screen, I then told them I placed the order on the TO GOOD TO GO APP, the app gave me a notification to pick up my order at 8:15 a few minutes before the time. I told him what I was there for and he made the food. He then said he couldn't give me the food, I asked why. He said its 8:15 you have to wait till 8:30 after we already confirmed on the app I picked up the order. I asked him what was the difference in time, he responded with "idk". A lady came in who they said was the boss, she again said I was not allowed to pick up the order to then give me the order at 8:25. Im just confused why it was such a problem to pick up my food a few minutes earlier after he already...

HOW TO WASTE $5.32 By far the worse TOO GOOD TO GO order . It was like they just threw anything together. Ham & cheese quesadilla with French fries ,the fries were okay. My bf said the guy didn’t wann cook anything just by the way he was acting cause we arrived at 853pm the place says it closes at 10pm. It was like old ham cut up . The worse part is we don’t even eat pork so it was really a waste of our time and money to travel to this “Mexican restaurant” we dnt live near by. It was like they put something together for a child. The owner was throwing out trash we told her how it was horrible and she said oh and walked away. We didn’t eat all day and we were excited to eat some Mexican food. We threw out that ham & cheese quesadilla In the Trash infront of her !!!!...
