I visited this location with my family, including my 20-year-old sister, who has been here multiple times in the past without any issues—even with younger friends. However, during this visit, we were stopped by the security guard, Giany Ventura, who told us that my sister could not enter unless we paid him under the table. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering that we’ve witnessed minors being let in frequently without question—as long as they’re willing to pay at the door.

I have attached photos and videos that show minors coming in and out of the venue with no problem, highlighting a clear double standard and what appears to be corrupt behavior from the security team.

I will no longer be giving my business to a place that promotes this kind of shady behavior, and I encourage others to be cautious. This experience has made it clear that fairness and safety are not...

O stars if possible!! They brought us a Tito's bottle that had a different liquor in it that wasn't Tito's and when my friend told the person in charge they denied it!! My friend told them to bring a new bottle and let her open it at the table they ended up giving us a new bottle that we got to open at the table and that was actually Tito's and they took back the other bottle that god knows what was in it!! they didn't bother to apologize and at last after we were told $99 for regular bottles (Tito's was categorized as regular) they charged $150 and tried to gaslight us by saying that she told me after 11 it would be $150 when we arrived at the actual place around 11:20pm so we weren't even there before 11pm l would never recommend this place and I will for sure never be back and I will make sure everyone knows what they did because that is super wrong!! Bad experience with the bartender, (she wears glasses) disrespectful, rude.. First, when my friend and I were dancing she throw away our drinks, why? We just bought them! On top of that she took away my cell phone because she thought we left without paying, are you serious? WE WERE DANCING!! She saw I left my cell phone on top of the counter along with our personal stuff in the chair, it didn’t make any sense! we ran like crazy looking for my cell phone and she never said a thing! that act was very humiliating, unprofessional on every single way! she never apologized I couldn’t expect more. We notified the management but he showed a not a big deal attitude (unprofessional) we came here to have fun, but we end up very stressed and disappointed, never coming back again!
