How do i start? Well i decided to stay in extended stay america hotel and in the lobby i saw their menu so i thiught why not try something close. So i call and as soon as they answer they put me on hold for 10 minutes without saying anything to me. They evetually come back i order there “coupon 1 special” which comes with a pizza, wings(which i ordered with mild sauce) and a 2 liter soda. After an hour of wait, because they’re location is literally 15 away, i decide to call to check the status on my order, and who ever answered got mad and voicy towards me saying its the holiday season its alot of traffic because of the mall and im okay he might be right ill wait the other “20 minutes” the guy said it would take. Sooo another fu@# ing hour passes and i get a call from the delivery who sounds like she had all her friends in the car because they were all laughing. So i get my order and she forgot the 2 liter saying she would have to go back for it, i said no because im not waiting 2 hours for a soda anyway we get to eating, the wings have no sauce, just some garbage dipping sauce that smells like paint, dried wings and a garbage pizza. 0 stars actually. Will be contacting the Federal Bureau and Health Department. Jorge is extremely rude, they take 2-3 hours to deliver your food, DONT EVEN GIVE YOU HALF YOUR ORDER, DONT HAVE RECEIPT COPIES, THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT! They wanted the original receipt and I said no, I need my receipt. Told them I felt bad for them and they don’t deserve to work for people like that. The man JORGE, THE OWNER, is EXTREMELY RUDE, HANGS UP THE PHONE! I called several times and no answer. Clearly they remembered my number. The delivery driver called me once I was about to call my bank to cancel the transaction. The place is 10 minutes away from my hotel, they said there was traffic but I was looking at the highway the whole time... no traffic. Took 20-25 after the driver called me to get to my hotel. I just hope the employees find a better place to work, I pray Jorges goes out of business. I’ve gotten several people in big trouble for things like this and the other reviews are a huge help. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took 2 & half hours to get our order. Owner is extremely rude. Delivery driver showed up to our hotel multiple times with no order. It was an incredibly awful experience. The food was so disappointing. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Jorge’s came as a referral by hotel staff where we were staying. It has now been over 2 hours with no order. I called after an hour to check on our order he said the delivery driver already left and they were on their way. I called down to the front desk to let them know we have a pizza coming. The delivery driver was already standing in the lobby but with no order. I go down to the lobby to talk to her & she said we can’t cancel our order because it’s already made. But that she doesn’t have it but she’s going to try to get it. I call back after 2 hours. Jorge tells me she will be here in 5 mins.
