Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Elizabethton

Went there on 8/22/2020. Ordered a $6 sausage pizza and a cheese pizza. Used to there being a wait for the sausage pizza but the cashier came back immediately with 2 boxes. I jokingly mentioned my shock that they would have a sausage already and his response was 'yeah we just had 3 come out the oven for some reason it's odd'. So I took the pizzas and the the receipt and noticed I was charged for a 3 meat which was more expensive. So I pulled back into the drive thru and told the cashier he charged me and gave me a 3 meat when I asked for a sausage and he got defensive saying he told me it was a three meat. Needless to say I asked for a refund of the difference and they refunded the whole thing. Only for it to now be 9/7/2020, I still have not received the refund and when I show up to ask about it,. Offered a remake of my order free of charge instead. I accepted only to receive like always, a pizza with all the toppings piled in the center with several slices having no toppings at all like the employees just don't care and a burnt cheese pizza. Not coming back again unless...

There food is okay it's not pizza hut or pizza inn but it's traditional pizza are usually hot and ready and I'm giving 3 scores for overall satisfaction because the place was very busy they must have been shorthanded because one girl was making pizzas and cheese breads and crazy bread also she was on drive thru taking orders and doing drive thru herself !! There was other employees standing around with drink cups just not helping her at but she was fast accurate and very friendly ! I didn't get mad at her for doing her job ALL BY HERSELF ! THATS WHY I DIDN'T GIVE A BETTER REVIEW GUYS ! BUT THANKS FOR BEING IN MY TOWN here in Elizabethton ,Tn 37643 !!!; IT SAVES ME FROM COOKING SOMETIMES!!! I I really do appreciate the fact we got one in our town period ! We had a flood and it wiped most area business out here I know it was temporally closed ,but I think its back opened up now !😌 Hey little Caesars "You can do better than u did and " u need help some I think"!! 👌👍😲! I'm just being 100% honest here sorry ! Just don't give up and go hire...

I have visited several different Little Caesars pizzas in different states and this one was definitely the worst they were busy I have worked in the food industry for 20 years so I always am patient and understanding in things being late it took a total of an hour and 15 to get my pizza and it was supposed to have been in the portal but it wasn't the boy up front acted as if he was aggravated with me because he could not find my order and it plainly it was right there on the screen he brought a pizza from around back where food is being prepared I didn't understand where you got the pizza from when he said it down then my cheese sticks the box was cold the cheese sticks or cold I had to take this pizza home heat it up and then me and my wife got sick off of this this is completely unacceptable I want my money replaced I don't even want to ever come back to that...
