Bought a rocking/ reclining love seat and two rocking recliners. My Wife and I were in the area and decided to stop by and look. Noticed they were having a sale up to 50%. Sales lady, I can't remember her name off hand, was excellent. Very friendly and not at all pushy or stereotypical sales person. Even hand wrote a thank you letter. Generic in nature but it was handwritten which shows a personal effort over a generic type card. Found a really nice set that was a good price for the quality. Long story short we ended up saving 30% (or the equivalent of getting one of the recliners for free) and will own in 18 months. Best part is it was delivered 9 days later. Not 2-6 months like other places. They manufacture all or at least most American brands in Alabama and can check available inventory so it's a much faster turn around. I would buy...

We had a couch and a recliner delivered today. My husband was home by himself. We had already moved out our 2 old recliners, but the couch was still here because we weren't exactly sure when the delivery would be here. When they arrived, my husband asked if one of them would help him take the old couch out on the porch. He was told they weren't allowed to. That's all well and good, but may I suggest that you make your customers aware of this so they can be prepared. My husband had to turn the couch on its side and drag it out, by himself. Had I been home by myself, I wouldn't have been able to move it out by myself. A little better communication might help avoid this with someone else...

I bought a couch and kitchen table set from here and it has been nothing but headache . First couch has cut on the back of it then have no plan on fixing . Want me to wait April or June to get new one . Second got kitchen set with 2 extra chairs . They are now telling me that my set only comes with 2 chairs with the paper says 4 and plus 2 pack of chairs . This has been nothing be heachache no one knows what their talk bout . Go talk they say on ur chairs are on back order a week ago . Call today and they’re telling me I have pay additional 100 for 2 more chairs . Not a happy customer would never do business here again .
