McDonald's — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

I'd love to give it 5 stars but I just cant. It is far too often orders are not correct and is a huge inconvenience when arriving home and not having everyone's food not to mention having paid for it of course and not getting it. It's been going on far too long and happens always. But I will say most of the staff are very polite and professional. Through the years I've had one very bad experience. The manager I believe at the time was very hateful because we asked if a frappe could me made again because it had sat for almost 15 minutes as they tried to fix something. Only reason we asked...it was melted entirely. She slammed the window in my face and walked off. Leaving us at the drive thru without any of the order for my kids. I asked in a polite way. It should be common sense and indecent to give someone something like that to a person who has just paid for it. To me another wouldnt need to even ask but Bethany I believe was the name was 100% out of line for me even asking. Other than that the service is great except for orders not being correct almost...

I had two free meal cards for having horrible service the last time i was at this mcdonalds location and while i was there today in the drive thru i ordered my two meals and a lrg sprite and a $3 chicken nugget and small fry bundle. At the speaker i told the woman that i had the cards and she just said to bring them to the first window. I get there and she refuses to use them both so she made my husband get out of the car in the drive thru and go inside and order. And then while my husband was inside she tried to charge me $8 for what should have been $4.32. I refused to pay almost double so I went inside where my husband had just ordered thru the manager so i went to the manager and ordered and he personally bagged both of our orders himself AND STILL GOT IT WRONG! The 2 large frys were both mediums AND ICE COLD! And my 4A chrispy chicken sandwhich had no add ons but came with cheese on it which I HATE CHEESE and the chicken itself was cold! Im very very disappointed! I tried to give this location another chance but that was just ruined. I will NOT...

Depending on what time you stop by here, by prepared for a longer than usual wait. Dont even think about going at 3am without a minimum of a 10 minute wait. I used to come here for lunch break when I worked 3rd at a nearby factory. Lunch break was 20 minutes, 10 of those minutes was waiting in line here. Day waits aren't as bad, I usually come through a little after 6pm and it's still slower than normal, but not as bad. There's almost always younger kids working which dont seem to care about double checking orders as I only order a mcdouble with a pack of mayo and sometimes fries with a packet of salt. More times than not I have to ask twice for the condiments. Their fries are almost always old and luke warm, rarely fresh hot. I ordered my mcdoubles without pickles, my wrapper had the grill receipt stating no pickles yet I still...
