Casey's — Restaurant in Elk River

Poorest costumer service I’m ever seen. No sandwich’s at all in the display case at all but a bunch made behind the counter and I wanted one. I stood there as 2 employees stood by the office door talking to who I believe was the manager about non work related issues for about 5 minutes. They all seen me standing there staring at them including the cashier. Finally they broke up their powwow and a couple minutes later who I believed to be the manager acknowledged me by telling me they don’t make subs to order I said that’s fine I just want one that’s back there done. She said they were not done they ran out of lettuce I could see lettuce cheese and meat on them. I said I’ll take one anyway she said she can’t sell them they are not done. As I was walking away I heard an employee tell her some were done and she proceeded to argue with them. Then finally as I had a foot out the door she said well call him back then he tried I left and will never go back. You can’t expect much out of employees when management is...

The store was a chaotic storm that was setting itself up for its own. Dismal state the store itself was so inviting and nice once; but now it holds only sadness, and grief it seems as will the store is lacking any real hope. Of being restored the problem seems to be with the staff, and the cleanliness that was slowly decaying. For it makes the store look bad and its a sad even for a person or a costumer because they expect a clean store, and more of a better attitude from employees and employers. Also excellent costumer service can provide the store a more modest and real work then it can be back on track it's sad. But you never know it can go back. To that old Casey's way to it but you never know - thank you...

Not really sure what has happened with this store. It used to be my favorite - best pizza, staff, and just overall clean and stocked. Over the past year or so the staff has gone downhill, the pizza is horrible and not worth what they charge, the food is either gross or they don't have any made because of a broken freezer, drinks are always out of stock.

The pumps are almost always out of order. Luckily there's a Speedway across the street I can get to when I'm really low on gas. But what's the point of being a gas station without gas?

I really did love going here since I live so close, but lately I've been avoiding it. I wish they could get this store back up and running how it used to...
