Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Elkins

Let me start this review off by saying the pizza here is incredible. I have zero issues with the food. That being said, I've had so many issues with them getting the orders correct. I've had to have them remake or refund almost every single visit I have here. Now they're willing to remake or give a free pizza with my next order, but it's really frustrating having to keep driving back and forth for these mistakes. What really gets me though, is that they check the pizzas before they hand them over after they compare them to the receipt. So I'm unsure how this keeps happening. The staff is always nice and upbeat, and I'm fairly certain that I've met the guy who runs the place. He's great and always super friendly and apologetic with trying to make things right. First time to try this new location in Elkins. We ordered but sat and sat there and watched two other families come in way after we did and they got their food. I walked up to the counter and they had marked my dine in order (receipt showed Dine In) as pickup and laughed it off when I asked about it and just said I’m sorry. I didn’t see an adult running the place. Plus, we could see in the back and there was a kid eating right there where the food was being prepped, not a good look for a restaurant. I remember when simple simons showed up in Lincoln Arkansas. Yes, I am that old. Dad used to say, “It’s happened! Lincoln is now a happening metropolis!!!” He was right.
