Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elma

I ordered pickup from Domino’s in Elma today since I live on the other side of town where delivery isn’t available. I drove down, picked up my food, and headed home. Unfortunately, I didn’t double-check my order before leaving—I was supposed to have 4 boxes but only received 3. That was on me for not looking at my receipt, which clearly showed the missing item.

When I called the store, they answered right away and were honestly almost too nice about it (in a good way, lol). I explained what happened, and they apologized immediately and told me to come back so they could make it right. Later, I realized I had even told them the wrong missing item, but they already knew exactly what it was. When I returned, they gave me the correct box plus made sure I left happy.

This store really went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them. For anyone complaining about delivery distances—take it up with the corporation, not the local staff. The folks at this store don’t make those decisions, but they do take care of their customers the...

I, like so many residents of Elma have been following along with the opening of this location and saw the owner state that due to them wanting to break a record on opening day, it being OPENING day (08/18/2025), and having technical difficulties with their online tracker (they will be getting it fixed), the wait times were going to be longer than usual no matter what time of day you ordered and they stated the best way to order was online. upon arrival to get our food there were several people impatiently waiting both inside the lobby and outside, this was causing issues with employees and customers getting in and out of the store. the disrespect of people standing in the way instead of sitting in their vehicles to wait is astounding and then the audacity to leave a negative review on a place that JUST OPENED. we got all of our food it tasted great and we will be going back. Call me Hangry but I felt the need to leave a review. I just went to order seeing as they are new to town and it would be GREAT to get delivery out where we live. Horrible experience! First the AI could not get my address right. Then AI and I fought over transferring me to a real person. I know they mean well and the kid is learning. But after taking my order and alll my card information, that was supposed to be through a separate phone line for security. Instead he took my information repeating the entire card number and expiration and security code out loud. AND THEN they don’t even deliver to our part of ELMA. 20 mins and nothing for it.
