Last and final update. Drive threw ordered tacos. Got to window asked what i wanted. Confused as i already ordered. Another lady came collected money and left another lady came and tried to re collect what i had already paid and one of the previous ladies came to the window and asked if everything was okay. Seriously?? The communication is terrible in drive threw. Takes me to my previous review drive threw is not supposed to be stressful but a year later its still stressful here. Wish them the best but i wont be back.

Just an updated review since we have ate here many times since the first review made. I did update the stars to 4 only reason why is because of there drive threw. Every time we go they ask what we want they say sorry they can't hear us multiple times and then finally hear us and then can't hear us again after back and forth they always say please just pull forward to the window. Drive threw is not supposed to be a hassle. It's suppose to be easy and fast but that is not the case for Casa Mora. I do truly hope soon they can put money toward upgrading there drive threw speaker equipment so that way they can hear and take orders more seamlessly and stress free

I started working in the food industry and honestly customer service has gone so down hill since then. But it was extremely refreshing to come here and have service that was so kind and friendly. People who care not just about the customers but the food. Here they treat customers like family and I love that. The food is great the service as I already said is 5 stars and we will be returning this is our 2nd time in now. The first was right after they opened and I they had some miscommunications and hickups. But this time they had it together ❤️ new restarunts can't be perfect right out the door I hope some of the people who gave this Restaurant a bad review can wait a month and try again I bet the review will change to 5 stars!! I went through the drive through on a Friday night. First mistake. Waited 20 minutes at the menu board to place my order. She couldn’t take my order apparently it doesn’t work. Was asked to pull up to the first window. Vehicle in front of me getting their order. A very nice gentleman came out, asked if they took my order. He took my order. Waited again for about another 20-25 minutes. Got to the window. Another person came and took my order again. Waited again for about 30 more minutes. She questioned me as to what I ordered. I told her #25 three taco combo. I thought the menu board stated 15.99 . She wasn’t going to collect the money, I asked her if it was free for the wait. I gave her $20.00 and I got $1.00 back. Taxes must be very high in Arizona City for a Restaurant. I get home the steak is dried out, burnt, the taco shells are soggy and fall apart when you pick it up. They provided two corn shells for each taco. You still could not pick it up. No salsa for the tacos they are very dry. Rice is very bland. The reviews I have seen have been pretty good. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food, and the service. I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service for many years. I know they were very busy, the girls in the drive through window were struggling with everything they were doing. Maybe when I will try again someday when they slow down, and get the kinks worked out, so they can do better. Just don’t go through the drive through on a Friday night. The gentleman was very kind and was trying to help the best he could. The staff were friendly, very disorganized. Maybe just a bad day...

We heard that this location had good reviews so we decided to try it for ourselves. The first time I try a new Mexican restaurant I also go for the basics so I have a baseline to compare. I went with the combination plate of one crispy beef taco, one cheese enchilada and one chili relleno. My wife had the special of the day. Street tacos. It was Taco Tuesday after all.

First, we were greeted promptly and the complimentary chips and salsa came quickly. I ordered a house margarita and it was a good size and tasty. The rice was also tasty and the beans creamy. My enchilada was a little cold and the cheese was a little harder than I normally like it but I was really happy with the dish. The taco was filled with beef and very flavorful. The chili relleno was good too, about the same as the others I've tried.

My wife thought the street taco were pretty good too.

Bottom line: We are definitely going to try more of the offering they have. Nice selection that we just can't wait to try. They have a patio that will be wonderful when the weather turns a little warmer.
