TumbleBeans — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I want to start this by saying the drinks here are PHENOMENAL & I never have a issue with the drinks (:

HOWEVER, I’m not sure what this girls name is. (On the picture below) But almost everytime I come in and see her, I want to walk right back out. :( There’s so much more times than not when she effects the service and atmosphere of the place…. & not in a positive way.

Many times she has made rude comments to me and multiple other people that I bring in there. The only reason I am posting this is because of how many people of starting to be affected by her customer service. I really only do positive reviews and leave the negative ones out but this is just starting to get out of hand. I’m always so excited to show everyone this amazing coffee but some never go back because of the service she provides. When she’s working, none of the customers (unless she knows them) gets greeted. She’s so nice to her coworkers and smiles all the time when talking to them but as soon as she turns to help her customers, she’s very aggravated and it’s noticeable all through her words and body expressions.

Reviewing the comments, this is a repeated issue with her too…

Customer service with other employees is amazing. It’s honestly just her that causes such a negative experience when we go… :(

I really want to continue to support this business but if she continues to make this place a hostile environment, I won’t be coming in anymore.

I have loved this place since they opened. Jake is awesome and very friendly. Their coffee is really good, especially their fraps.

My dislikes: 1. the female cashier with the curly hair. She seems to only be friendly to certain customers and I actually walked out while she was working because she wouldn't stop talking with a customer for over 5 minutes to get to other people in line. 2. The Yoders pastries. The muffins used to be huge and my kids could get two servings out of one. They recently downsized to about half the size BUT! they're still the same price. 😒 $16 for two small muffins, a coffee cake square, and a small cinnamon roll with no icing/frosting even though the label says there's a glaze. I'll go to Cinnabon if I'm gonna spend that much on pastries to get my money's worth.

Went to TumbleBeans for the first time and I rate it 5 stars the staff was very friendly, the setup inside was very warm and welcoming. My sister in law ordered the mocha with 2 extra shots of expresso, I ordered the caramel mochiotto with extra caramel and whip and my son got the first caramel Frappuccino with whip and I'll say this all the drinks are fantastic 👌 🤩. We will be coming back to try more we also think maybe the caramel Frappuccino would taste good with peppermint pieces on top. Can't wait...
