Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elsmere

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!! I tried getting ahold of someone for 40 minutes, no one ever picked up. According to the copious negative reviews stating the same thing, this seems to be an ongoing problem that no one has made effort to fix. I accidentally placed an auto order to an address I recently moved out of. I immediately noticed this error and tried calling the store. I'm anxiously looking at the tracker hoping someone would pick up before it left. Nope. Didn't even show it leaving the store, just bam the driver is 2 minutes away (after waiting 40 minutes). I throw on some pants and make a frantic dash to my car to get to the location. The driver then calls me stating he has the wrong location. Yeah, I've been trying to call for 40 minutes!!! I told him to leave it on the steps and I'd be there asap. The driver was very kind and courteous, it's a shame the shop seems such a mess. I understand this was my mistake, but it could have been easily corrected if they would have simply picked up their phone. An incredibly frustrating experience and I'll never order from this...

PLEASE PLEASE don’t Order any pizza from this place!! We made our order online Today at 4:22 pm I get a call from the owner 45 minutes later stating that I won’t receive my order until one hour and 45 minutes later. I said okay since it’s 4:22pm. At 5:48pm I get an alert that the driver was on his way.At 6:13 pm. I’m outside looking at this guy pull into the apartments across the street from me and walk around from bldg to bldg holding our food. This guy walked the entire neighborhood NEVER calling us!! I called my husband who was upstairs waiting to hear from me. I informed him that the driver was in the neighborhood walking around. My husband called the store and spoke with the RUDE OWNER demanding our money back or we would do a “CHARGEBACK” with the credit card company!! He NEVER apologized and was testy with US!!! We left the food with the driver and finally at 7:06pm we get an alert that the order was Cancelled!!!! From 4:22 to 7:06!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and this was our FIRST TIME ORDERING WITH...

I ordered pizza for delivery. Tracked it on the app. Got a notification that my pizza was delivered by BRIAN....but I never got a knock on the door? Called the store, was on hold for 15 minutes listening to the automated BS, only to be disrespected left and right by not only the driver but who I could assume was the manager. He wanted to Claim I was lying. Driver claimed he knocked on the door with no answer so he left it outside? But didn't call? Again, I WAS HOME SO NO HE DIDNT KNOCK ON MY DOOR. When I confronted the manager IN PERSON for the disrespect he proceeded to get angry and threaten my friend and once again claiming we lied. I did not lie over not receiving pizza, esp. when this pizza was to feed my children. He re-made us our order however that treatment was extremely uncalled for.
