For first impressions, the ribs taste like we made them at home and just took them off the grill for dinner. You can tell it's a family owned business with food made by people who care. Not even 2 racks in, and I've decided it's better than any other BBQ place I've been to. This place really earned its title of Smokehouse.

Not smothered in spice, seasoning, or BBQ sauce. This is what I dream of when I want ribs, an impeccable taste by the owners, and for my tastebuds in the way the meat is smoked and seasoned. The dining area is a bit small, which isn't innately a problem. However a family of 7 (3 adults and 4 children) were spread out over 3 of the 5 tables. They were finishing their food when I arrived and stayed to socialize with themselves thru most of my meal. So be prepared to take your order to-go in case you encounter an inconsiderate...

I went there today and wanted Brisket....they were out. I bought a 1/4 ribs and they were awesome. The baked beans were well seasoned, I would give them a 10+. The Mac&cheese was good but not spectacular just average. Needs more seasoning. But still good and I would buy again. This place so far (without tasting the Brisket) is as good as Famous Dave's. I would like to see some pork Jowl or salt pork chunks in the baked beans. That...
