I really hope I read his name tag right, as I am hella tired this week. Been over stimulated for weeks, and really bad these last few days. I've BEEN wanting to try Laredo Taco for YEARS now!! Something is always wrong when I am near one. Either no time to stop, no money, or no trucks allowed.

Tonight I walked over from Pilot. I didn't think to check the time, as I thought it was much earlier than it actually was. I got there right after closing time. Ron had put away half the food. I was like NOOOOOOOOO!!! WHY GOD WHYYYYYYYYY?! 😩😩😩 He said, "I can use what I have and make you a bowl." 😳😳😳 Omg yesssss!!! 😁😁😁Thank you thank you thank you!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

And for this being the end of the night, and the food not it's freshest...OMG!!! Yummmmmm!!! I have these Tostitoes chips to eat with it...🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼.

Please shut this place down until you find employees that care enough to show up or stay to do their jobs right!! The food here can be very tasty but it's not cheap. I came through late afternoon today to grab lunch for work. I spent $10 on 2 tacos with no options for tomatoes or the self serve salsa bar, mind you, not from any type of food shortage but the unwillingness of the morning crew to actually put the stuff out. I actually felt bad for the 1 lady working, the guy she was supposed to be working with never showed up and she seemed new.

My husband is a delivery driver and last week had to wait 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. The guy working that day decided to just walk out. The order hadn't even been started by the time my husband arrived to pick it up. Kudos to the gas station employees that stepped up and tried to make the order even though they didn't know what they were doing. Keeping this place open with this kind of staffing issues is a disservice to the customers that are paying full price for food without the stated quality and options to...

Food here looks amazing! I have had the breakfast tacos and they are the best I have had. I have seen the not breakfast spread once. Half chickens swimming in onions and jalapeños looks absolutely delicious. Worst customer service ever. It takes the employees for ever to even look at me they just go about doing what they are doing or just standing around chatting. When I get there after work at 7pm. There are only slim pickings left, everything looks like it has been sitting there all day, dried out and picked through. Employees do not know what hours they are open.
