Server somehow heard "ham". Had to remake sandwich. I had ordered ITALIAN BMT. I DONT KNOW HOW SHE MISHEARD. SHOULD HAVE ASKED IF SHE WASNT SURE. THEN HAD AN ATTITUDE FOR REMAKING THE SANDWICH. Just splotches the mustard all on it. And out of all the people.. she specifically asked for the messed up sandwich so I wouldn't get a free one or at least some compensation. So I had to sit there.. while she makes another. WHO THE HELL WANTS TO WATCH THE PERSON WHO F'D UP THEIR SUB, MAKE ANOTHER? What's my compensation? Nothing. Just wasting my time.. Spiteful. I don't think this location sells rotisserie chicken sandwiches. The last FIVE times I've gone there to get the subs that use it, they have "been out". Times ranging from 4:30 - 7:00 pm. I don't know if it's from lack of intelligent supply ordering or what, but if they're selling out that frequently, I would think they would increase their supply to bring more income for their store. I don't know what other people do when this happens to them, but personally I go across the street and spend my money at Wendys or Macdonalds for my family. Sounds like poor...

We went on a Saturday afternoon, stood in a long line to order lunch for our family of 5 (3 of whom were waiting at home). When it came out turn to order, after finding out we would need 5 subs total the lady behind the counter stated "just so you know, we are only supposed to make 1 sub per order when we are busy like this".
