Thai Pan Cuisine — Restaurant in Encinitas

Been going here since pre-covid and so glad it is still in business to this day. The best Thai place around. I have been trying various Thai places around North County to try and expand my options, and end up disappointed because they simply don't compare to here. Their basil noodles, spring/egg rolls, curries, are amazing.

Their "pad see you" is unmatched—truly I have not had one anywhere close to as flavorful as here. Same with how they cook their tofu—it isn't deep fried prior to the dish so it absorbs all the flavor of the sauce and isn't sponge-y. I never order tofu except for here.

The Thai tea is spectacular, I sometimes go just to get some. The only thing not too special is the boba. I like how soft it is, but its less tasty than other boba I've had. The boba is just extra though, not a staple to the restaurant, so its forgivable in my opinion. If you prefer less chewy boba though this may be the thing for you.

I recently dined at Thai Pan Cuisine and was blown away by the delicious food and friendly service. The standout dish for me was the Caahew Dish - the flavors were so well-balanced and the cashews were cooked to perfection. The sauce was rich and savory, and I couldn't get enough of it!

In addition to the Cashew Dish, I also tried the Coconut Thai Tea with Boba and it was absolutely fantastic. The tea tasted strong and authentic and the coconut cream added a nice depth of flavor to the tea. The boba added a fun texture to the drink, making it an even more enjoyable experience.

I love coming to Thai pan cuisine. What is really awesome is that they are just a hop skip and a walk away from my apartment. I also enjoy how they always have such great service. The Food is very authentic and well presented. I really enjoyed the variety of spices they use in their dishes. When walking in you'll notice the aesthetic is very welcoming and pleasing to the eye. They have a lot of really cool historical pictures and religious artifacts which helped create is there a nice ambience inside the restaurant. Food server was absolutely polite and did a great job of presenting our food. Price was fair in the selection was large. I would recommend them to anyone.
