McDonald's — Restaurant in Enfield

Eat at your own risk here. I bit into a nugget and broke several teeth. Worse off the manager didn’t report it properly because he wasn’t a good manager. Then a new manager lied me thru to pretend he wasn’t helping and then did nothing. So if you want broken teeth this is the place To subject your children to broken teeth. Whatever the reason for the bone or plastic pieces in the nuggets?? I can’t tell You. I can telll you I will never eat at this horrible restaurant again and I suggest you never bring your kids here for nuggets. I said I didn’t want to sue I just wanted my teeth fixed. And now? They disregard me. They don’t send me to a dentist. The manager even lied to me saying it would be handled and it wasn’t. Prepare for the biggest lawsuit you can imagine. Whatever it is I hope they hold the owner and that manager personally responsible for my o texted tongue and sensitive teeth effecting every meal for the last 8 months. The owner can’t be a human. He must be a complete jerk. He has to be. No way a human would let this happen to one of their customers and DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I’m left with broken teeth that make my tongue get infected and it’s gotten worse. This happened 9/11 of 2024. They have strung me along for THAT LONG and then ended up doing NOTHING about it. So EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DONT BRING YOUR KODS THERE. UNLESS OF COURSE YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED FOR SOMETHING SERIOUS. GOD FORBID A CHILD GETS HURT. THESE PEOPLE ARE...

I've been to this location many times. I absolutely hate to have to write a negative review, but the last four times I was there they missed something in the drive-thru. Always something missing. Tonight it was a Happy Meal. I don't bother to look in the big bag, but I probably should from now on.

I will say that Jacob who was taking orders in the drive-thru is extremely professional and nice. As far as I'm concerned he is the best there is. I have also seen someone named Robert T with glasses who is also very helpful.

Aside from that, I can't begin to describe how frustrating it is to get home and have to tell my child I don't have a Happy Meal for them and to have to drive all the way back.

They also do not fill the large fries. I can accept that, I just can't stand it when they always miss something. It's always pull up to the white line and then they bring out a bag and not everything is in there.

I do realize this pales in comparison to other problems going on in the world, and I don't want to sound complainy so I'm sorry if I do, It's just that if I were the manager I would want...

Now I know this is McDonald’s we’re talking about & I shouldn’t complain. However my attitude is free & I should’ve gotten a free burger. Anyways I get to the window, i had a code it was 8682 to be exact. I get my free medium fry, my medium Dr Pepper & a double cheeseburger with ONLY KETCHUP. I drive off w my food, get all comfy in bed to see they gave me a double cheeseburger with just ONIONS. No it’s not a big deal but this get better stick w me. I went back & told them my order wasn’t right. I explained I wanted just ketchup nothing else vs what I received. I gave the girl at the window the burger BACK, (yes they took it), and she confirmed it’s supposed to be with ONLY KETCHUP. A couple minutes later, she hands me a burger wrapped of course. I then park to check it… bruh tell me how she gave me the same exact burger that I just gave back😭😭💀 It was a lil different tho, I’ll give them that. This time they added ketchup. They were kind enough to keep the onions & add a little more to it as well🥲 This is your sign to...
