McDonald's — Restaurant in Enfield

I placed an order via my app and when I got to the menu/mic to give my app code for my order, nobody picked up after 3 minutes. I pulled back to the other menu thinking I was maybe at the wrong one and then still repeated my app code, still nobody. When I drove up to the first window, the employee was on his phone standing near the food preparation area and didn't have a headset on. Upon him glancing up and seeing me stare at him, he then puts his phone up to come to the window. I told him my app code and he goes to make the order. Once I got home (I stay 9 minutes up the road) I noticed he didn't even blend my mcflurries. He only gave me the ice cream then the toppings on it but it wasn't blended so as soon as I ate the toppings off the top, it was pure ice cream left. This store needs the supervisory staff to be on each shift because this stuff isn't supposed to happen. I have had other issues with this McDonald's before but I decided to give them another chance since I didn't think you could mess up an ice cream order. I'm very mad and would like a refund...

Worst System ever, have to order at the window I was the only person there still waited 25 min, there’s always this blonde girl with glasses at the window and not only is she the most rude person at a McDonald’s I’ve ever met she’s also one of the most rude people in general that I have ever met. I asked her numerous times to not put mayonnaise on a sandwich because my girlfriend does not like it, went home mayonnaise everywhere definitely on purpose, and mind you I ordered a SPICY so there isn’t even supposed to be mayonnaise. I worked at McDonalds for 3 years and the job is not that hard I’ve had to work almost every position at McDonald’s and it’s not hard what so ever. What a terrible experience This place is absolutely disgusting No clean bathrooms or toilet paper I made a mobile purchase and had my order confirmation # I showed the manager my phone and it had correct address but yet they refused to give me my order when my phone died. They said let me see again like 4 times then my phone died and I was told I won't get my food. If you have a family don't bring them here If you are alone don't come here If you are starving don't come here The disrespect and lack of help made me walk away and I can see in my bank account how my money was taken from McDonald's but yet they didn't give me my food . There was no need for this as I had already shown my receipt before my phone died. you disrespectful people...
