Catrinas Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Enid

My husband & I went in to eat yesterday for an early dinner. I have 2 favorite places to eat & catrinas was one of them,but no longer is true. We had a horrible experience! I got my usual shrimp enchiladas and the plates are usually hot but today food was nasty & dried out & he got a brisket burrito, but was told he couldn't have salad & sour cream with it because it wasn't lunch time. I ask for corn tortillas & butter like i always have in past & she brought cold tortillas and told me they don't have butter. My husband never was offered a refill on his tea,so he had no drink for most of his meal because his tea was almost empty when we got our food. Our waitress Mia was excellent! I had a special order request and she made it happen! Our party of five were all satisfied except for one. My son ordered ceviche and requested it spicy. The ceviche came out, looked beautiful; but was told they can’t make it spicy. I can’t for the life of me understand how they couldn’t chop a jalapeño and mix it in? Another thing with ceviche is the shrimp are “cooked” with lime/lemon juice. Son said there was absolutely no lemon/lime juice in the dish. Other people tested and no lime/lemon. We understand not all restaurants are the same, but lime or lemon juice is essential to making ceviche. And not adding a jalapeño to a dish is wild, we are at a Mexican restaurant for...

I came in on Monday to pick up my to go order. The food was amazing and good price and nice serving. I paid with a card and the next day I noticed a discrepancy with the amount. I called and talked with manger and he found this issue and corrected it. Customer service is still alive and doing well. I would highly suggest this place. I just wanted what was owed and he gave me a gift card worth more than what they owed me. This kind of service is needed everywhere. I will be going back...
