Last Thursday during the OU game our service was pretty sub standard as was the food. I go to BWW all the time in OKC and recently moved to the area. Was hoping I'd continue to have great experiences but that was not the case. I was already warned by a local that this specific location is not nearly as good as others, but I wanted to try.
3 main issues -
Nachos - A. The nachos came out wrong with sour cream and B. they were rather cold, but instead of taking those and getting us a new plate I had to pay for that plate and another new plate of nachos. C. The next new plate of nachos was also cold. D.) Last but not least the toppings on both plates we're minimal at best.
2 ) Drinks - My S.O. and I ordered beers. She recieved hers promptly. Mine didn't make it for 30 mins because the server said it was lost. I still ended up paying full price.
3.) Dessert - At this point we've had a terrible experience, but hey nothing ice cream and a brownie can't fix, right? Wrong. The dessert is brought out and didn't have the ice cream with it. We asked for it and we're told "oh did you want the ice cream too". I literally showed them the menu says it comes with it. She goes to the back and comes out with a tiny cup of ice cream which is significantly less then I recieve in the OKC area. Once again I pay full price for this as well.
**Stay away from this place if they're busy at all they can't...
Read moreWould not recommend going here expecting to watch an out of market football game. If you're in Enid, go to Chili's instead. Here's the quick rundown of this Buffalo Wild Wings.
Unprepared for a crowd Their crew running the TVs have no idea how to use them and must not have a manager available to ask questions to Their staff will give you blank stares when you request something Their staff after giving blank stares will nod their heads to indicate understanding of what you're asking for and then let you sit for as long as it takes for you to ask again, only to repeat the process. Their management will eventually throw their staff in the fire flames of customers and have their bartenders tell someone that their "servers aren't working" and can't put a game on a TV. Their fountain drinks taste like dishwater (can't explain this one)
All in all, just a terribly managed and unprepared location. I've been to dozens of different Buffalo Wild Wings locations but this one certainly takes the cake for worst management and...
Read moreNot a very good experience. I've gone to this buffalo wild wings a couple times but almost every time there is something that goes wrong or doesn't taste right. My recent visit I was eating the pepper jack steak wrap with fries...I was almost done with all my fries when I saw a short black hair that did not come from me. I told the manager and he seemed to be apologetic but still made me pay for that meal. Most restaurants will not charge you for the meal if the cook leaves a hair, or contamination on the food. Also everything seems to be spicy. Can't order anything without it being spicy. I'm not against spicy food but I'm knot the type to want to eat spicy stuff all the time. I'm never going back to this buffalo wild wings. Our waitress was very polite and very tentive to our drinks and our needs but the food and the management has yet...
