Subway — Restaurant in Enid

I can’t attest to the quality of the food, all I can comment on is the total lack of respect by staff. My wife and I went into this shop and I didn’t see on the menu what was listed on the online menu so I stated what I wanted and the staff member made a wisecrack about it being a bologna sandwich and I said no I wanted the coldcut trio and he kept saying the bologna sandwich and snickering the whole time. I attempted three times and still received the same response from the staff member in a very disdainful manner, so we just said forget it and walked out. If this staff member is any indication of the quality of employee that you hire then I can understand why you have little success. I will never enter your establishment again and I will also encourage others to never do service with you...

This subway is super convenient and fast! However, I’ve had a few problems with the employees, one person specifically. I go to this subway sometimes 2-3 times a week ordering salads and sandwiches up to 5-6 orders sometimes. I’ve never used the online ordering because the store is always so fast and I usually don’t know what my family wants until I get to the store. There is a gentleman sometimes working who gets frustrated when I come in with more than 3 orders and lectures me when I do about ordering online. It’s unnecessary and rude. I don't know the young lady's name, has a nose piercing, but she is so sweet and helpful. So, while trying to order online, as I do often, my phone glitches out and puts the order in at this Enid Subway. I was literally 103 miles away close to ElReno. So I walk in and they don't even have online orders. I look to see where it sent my order..Enid. I called and asked the young lady could she hold off making it for an hour and a half til I got there.
