Seppe's Pizza Junction — Restaurant in Enola

One of the worst meals we've had. We contacted them to give them an opportunity to make it right and they refused to own up to their mistake and simply said they're "sorry" we weren't satisfied and there's nothing they can do about it and they felt it was done right. Seriously?! We ordered a cheese pizza, 12 wings mild, Margherita pizza and another 12 wings bbq. Wings were overcooked, unsauced and they were "wing dings", NOT even actual wings! (If you know, wing dings are prepared differently and have a different taste than regular wings) We were asked how we wanted them done (crispy or extra crispy) and we said a little crispy just so they're not slimy. They were so dark and overdone! Plus we had to sauce them ourselves at home because they didn't sauce them after they made them! They tasted horrible and NONE of our family of 7 could handle eating them (and our family loves wings!). Although the Margherita pizza had a good taste, the crust was so hard and crispy it actually hurt our teeth that we could barely finish a slice. The cheese pizza was also good, but very greasy, and again, a very hard crust that nobody could eat more than a slice. I ended up having to cook and prepare another meal for my family, which this was supposed to replace and the whole reason we ordered out. It was an extremely disappointing order and even more disappointing lack of customer service on their part, as well as their failure to even try to make things right. We leave excellent reviews when warranted and ALWAYS give an establishment an opportunity to make things right before leaving a negative review. With the cost of meals on the rise, we don't eat out as much and when we do, we expect a decent meal. I'd like to say that we'd try to order from them again in the future, but after this experience, it's not...

Updated post: Below is my post from a few years back, and it's sad to say that I have to change my rating. I know Seppes went through a couple owners, but up until recently the food was always consistently good. As you can see from my post below, their cauliflower crust pizza was the best pizza period (not just cauliflower crust but of any pizza). But today I order another one, and it is not even close to what it used to be. I was actually sort of worried that they didn't even give me a cauliflower crust pizza at first because it just looks like a frozen pizza from the grocery store but baked a little bit better. The crust tasted like cardboard, the sauce was bland and the cheese was nothing special and barely cooked. It reminded me of chef boyardee, but honestly, maybe worse than that. I am hoping this is just a glitch as the new owner figures things out because if not and the original cauliflower pizza doesn't come back, I'll probably be taking my business elsewhere. We've been exclusively Seppes since it's inaugural year.

Never ever again will I order from Seppe’s Pizza Junction Ever since the owner has changed the service has gone down hill!!!!! I absolutely loved them been going to them since 2020 but never ever again!!!!! How do you mess up an order you take in person???? I ordered a peperoni pizza, ham n cheese sub with ONLY lettuce and extra mayo, a bacon cheeseburger sub lettuce tomato and Ketchup, 3 fries and funnel cake fries....I get home 10 minute drive to find out they gave me a white pizza with broccoli and ricotta cheese on it, the ham n cheese sub was covered in black pepper and my bacon cheeseburger sub had no bacon🤬🤬🤬🤬 I had to drive back to them to give my food back and get a refund bc this seems to be a consistent issue with this place now that the owners have changed!!!!! Now I'm waiting for my receipt proof my money was refunded but guess what their wasn't any paper in the printer so I'm currently waiting for them to figure out how to print my receipt!!!!! I'm beyond upset bc now I still need...
