PT's Gold — Restaurant in Enterprise

Unfortunately PT’s is such a big company that this review will not matter and nothing will be done. This review will be about the lady who was bartending on 9/11/25 around 1pm with the honey or caramel hair. Big boned woman. This will be my second interaction with her as I do not go to this location often. Overall review of this bartender. If you walk in and see her. Do not be fooled by the friendly demeanor of her “Hello.” That will be the only time she talks to you. If you have worked in customer service and also respect people who give great customer service. Please, do yourself a favor and leave at that point. Whether it be busy or no one else in there. This bartender will ignore you and keep to herself. Until someone she’s knows comes in and she’ll end up talking up a storm with them continuing to ignore you. Usually many other PT’s I’ve been to. They’ll check up on you once in a while. Check if you’re ok, see if you need anything or would like a refill on your drink. Within the 2 times I’ve went to this location and had the unfortunate circumstance that she is my bartender. Whether it be slow but mostly when there is people she knows, she just ignores me, doesn’t check if I’d like a refill when the drink is sitting empty near my machine and so on. I’ve had a few other bad experiences at this PT’s before but this one pretty much helped me reach a boiling point. This bartender should not be in a bar or at least should not be customer facing. She’ll treat who she knows like royalty and continue to check on and refill drinks for them but if you are a random person you will be a hinderance and she will have nothing to do with you. So I'm not a guy that leaves bad reviews out of spite but this was totally unacceptable. Me and my brothers were regulars here after work sense it opened earlier this year and have always had a great time. The old GM Aubrey was THE BEST. Sadly she left to a new location closer to her home a week ago. So I was in there tonight and ordered a vodka soda with lime and they served me some limes that literally looked like they had been cut a week ago. I made a comment about it to the bartender and he literally said word for word "then dont drink it"....WHAT?! Come to find out this bartender is the new GM. I'm not gonna mention names but this is unacceptable. I love PTs! I've been coming to these bars my whole life and have many friends that work for the company. Went here today on a Saturday evening during happy hour. Loved the look of this place however the drinks were bland, played pool (which didn’t work, all the balls wouldn’t come out of the machine) and I slots for over 3 1/2- 4 hrs and they didn’t comp most of my drinks (played slots the majority of the time I was there at 50-75 cents a play) was charged about $50.00 for 6 drinks DURING HAPPY HOUR. Very disappointed at the service and the quality of the drinks. The main bartender was Ashley, I asked her if the drinks were comped and she replied of course not. Every other bar in Vegas I go to comps my drinks due to the amount of money I spend in the slots and the amount of time I play, because of her attitude and the service I didn’t tip well.
